Chapter 13
"Put our book bags over there," I said while pointing over to the ground near the flat screen T.V.
The hotel room was just like any other hotel room, but different. The floors were covered in a dark grey carpet. There were three doors in the room, the closet, the bathroom and the door leading out into the hallway. There were two queen sized beds with a nice maroon silk bed spread and sheets. The walls were painted a light grey. The flat screen T.V. was what looked like a 60 inch.
When I opened the door with the bathroom leading on to it, there was marble floor and marble on the sinks shelf. Free shampoo, free conditioner, free soap bars, and a box of tissues that were scattered all around the sink, but thankfully unused. The toilet was next to the marble sink shelf and the shower with a tub and curtain across from the sink.
I walked out and Abby ran in.
"I gotta go!" She yelled at me.
"Be quiet! Gosh, Abby!" I practically yelled but whispered.
She shut the door loudly behind me and locked it, making me laugh.
I walked toward the closet and opened the door. It was huge! Inside the closet was mirrored walls everywhere inside it. Not on the ceiling or floor, though.
I could hear Abby washing her hands and turn off the sink.
"Better?" I ask.
Abby nods.
"Okay, now you girls' can get on your pajamas and sleep in that bed," I said pointing to the one farthest from the hallway door, I continued, "I will sleep in this one and I'm gonna wake you girls' up at nine later in the morning and we will get some breakfast, okay?"
They both nod and start unzipping their bags and search for their pajamas. They slowly start to pull off their clothes and on their pajamas.
Then they slowly run towards the bed and jump in while they pull the covers over themsleves.
I do the same and before I am about to turn out the lamp on the nightstand that seperates the two beds, I whisper, "Night!"
