Katherine was with her friends. Frank was invited to their movie marathon too, but he didn't come.
Katherine would say out loud, "Frank is such a loser," and then the others would glance at her with teasing smiles.
Halfway through one movie, Rachel mentions that the protagonist has freckles. Someone else adds, "Just like Frank."
Katherine's eyes widen and respond, "He has freckles?"
Her friend replies, "You like him and you don't even know?"
"Well, my world doesn't revolve around him." Katherine said.
They continued watching the film, but Katherine had one thought in her mind.
"Perhaps I get so lost in his eyes, that I don't see the freckles in his smiles."
