After the operation

Elizabeth's pov

I woke up feeling a pain in my back and different I could feel emotions coming to my face and right now it was pain and I could cry I felt alive

I cried out in pain and that's when grandpa and a nurse come rushing in, Grandpa stuck a needle in my arm and A few minutes later i was all numb

" Hello Elizabeth " grandpa said charmingly with a smile

I smiled which made him smile even more probably because this Is the first ever time anyone has seen me smile

" You have to stay here for a few more days then you can go home" grandpa said sternly

I nodded my head and smiled again

" Is she alright " a familiar voice sound while coming through the door

I looked up and recognised them it was daddy, mummy and Nessie

" Daddy " I said softly while looking at him , at first being a bit taken aback because I didn't realise I knew how to talk

" Mummy" I said calmly  while I looking at her

" Nessie " I said politely while looking at her in my mums arms . They all smiled and gave me a hug

" What was wrong with me" I asked curiously . I love being able to talk its so cool

" You had cancer in your spine " grandpa answered sternly . I nodded my head not really knowing much about cancer but I don't feel like asking too many questions on that topic

I kept on getting pictures of someone in my head but I can't remember the name of the boy that was in nearly every picture

" His name Is Seth " dad said nervously

" Where is he" I asked curiously

" He is at home waiting for you". Dad said nervously

" I want him here " I said calmly . Mum and Nessie smiled softly while dad looked down

" Well you have to wait because he isn't really in the position to see anyone at the Moment " dad said plainly with a small smile . I looked up to see mum, Nessie and grandpa look sad

" What happened" I asked scared

"Well when we were operating on you, you died and we called Bella and Edward and they told Seth and he was upset and run away " grandpa said sadly . I felt my heart drop

" He ran away" I said sadly with a single tear rolling down my cheek, my best friend run away

" Don't worry when your older if he hasn't returned home then we will let you go after him " dad said softly

I nodded my head and smiled sadly .
" She can show emotions " Nessie gasped in fake shock . " Shut up" I muttered

I fell asleep and dreamed off a meadow with a sandy wolf sitting in the middle of it and looking directly at me with these big brown eyes
