Hi Girls,we all like eating but still want to stay fit and healthy.I mean like...Who doesn't want an amazing figure.These recipes can also help if you're dieting.So here I am giving you the best winter recipes.Please guys dont forget to comment,follow and click that vote button.I really need your support.

Healthy breakfasts:

Ingredients

-1 bowl of oats

-milk

-walnuts and strawberries.

Method;

Boil the oatmeals until the water is absorbed.Next, pour it in your bowl then add some milk.Add some walnuts or cashews with sliced strawberries.This will make your breakfast more delicious.You can eat this with some coffee, juice or a strawberry parfait, which is my next recipe.

Strawberry parfait:

Ingredients

-1 cup heavy cream

-4tsp sugar

-2tsp fresh lemon juice

-3 cups strawberry.

Note:This amount of ingredients makes 3 or 4 glasses of the parfait.If you're making it for yourself, then put little amount of strawberries and sugar and cream.

Method;

In a medium size size bowl whip the cream with 2 tsp of sugar and 1tsp of lemon juice.Add the remaining sugar and lemon and whip  the cream.Alternate layers of whipped cream and slices of strawberries,then top each with a dolop cream.Serves four people.You could make this for your parents or siblings.

This is a perfect breakfast with the oats meal.You can actually say its a good morning after this meal.
