Hello my friends.I hope you're all fine and happy.Lately,i have been thinking of doing more of food tutorials.Because ya,we all love eating and still want a nice and beautiful figure.I just want to give out a recipe which is delicious and healthy.Make sure to vote if you love food.So lets just jump into some delicious food recipe.

CHILLI VEGETABLE BAKED POTATO.

This is a delicious lunch recipe which is very easy.

Ingredients:

-4 large baking potatoes

-2 tsp olive oil

-about 50g butter

-grounded black pepper

Method;

1.Scrub the potatoes and pat dry.Prick the potatoes all over with a fork

2.To crisp the skins,brush with olive oil.Preheat oven at 200 degrees for about 45 to 55 minute.

3.Insert the tip of a small knife into the centre of potato.

4.Cut the potato into half or cut across in the top.Do not the cut the potato into pieces but just to make the potato exposed.There must be space for your chilli vegetable to fit in.

Chilli vegetable for the potatoes;

Ingredients:

-an onion

-a tomato

-capsicums

-salt

-chilli powder/green chillies

(you can make as much chilli vegetable as you want.)

1.Slice the tomatoes,onions and capsicums.

2.Cook everything till the onions turn brown and the capsicum and tomatoes look cooked.

3.Add salt and alot of chilly to spice you up.

4.Next,fill in the vegetable to your potatoes and enjoy!
