I almost forgot to tell you that i am writing a novel called 'Six Steps To A Girl'.It's a teen fiction novel!

Enough of the news and lets get to the tips!

Don't you get enough sleep?That's a story that every teen goes through.Even if we don't get enough sleep,we can still have a 'good' sleep.Here are some of my tips to get a good sleep.

1.Make an actual time on what time to sleep.Maybe 10 or 9 is the accurate time.

2.Take or bath or soak your legs in warm water.Having a refreshing bath before bed is awesome but if you dont have enough time then you can still soak your legs in warm water.That will help induce sleep!

3.Moisturize your skin.And you can also wash your face with a face wash or mask before bed.Don't forget to brush your hair to get rid of tangles.

4.Get comfy!Wear your favorite pj's or your night-suit.

5.Read a book.Light a scented candle and read a book.That is the most comfortable thing in the world!Try to avoid electronics for one hour before bed.It will have a good effect to your eyes.
