Hi Girls,today am doing something different from what I've been doing.I know most of us girls have a problem.We have a short height which really irritates.Because it also happens with me.Am 14 and my height is not too good for me.So today am giving you some exercises which will help US grow tall.I have done alot of research on these tips.
1.Hanging/lumping-if you want to grow taller then this is really going to help.Hanging on poles would stretch your body.Your hands will pull you up but the gravity will pull you down.
2.Touching toes-stand straight and put your hands straight up.Then bend down and touch your toes.
3.The down hill-stand straight and bend down but keep your arms straight up.I know this can be hard but you have to do it.
Do these exercises everyday and you will find great results.
