HAIR CARE ROUTINE:
Hair is made up of proteins,so keeping a healthy diet and good hygiene is a good essential part of maintaining luscious looks.
1.Wash hair sparingly with a good conditioner.Dont wash your hair too often, wash it like 2-3 times a week.
2.Use conditioner depending on your hair type, length and treatment damage, although very processed or dyed hair probably needs a little more love than natural hair.
3.Dont brush your hair too much.This causes hairfall.
4.Let hair dry naturally.Do not rub the hair, this can weaken the follicle and make the hair dull.
5.Trim your hair every 5-6 months about 1/4 inch.This prevents split ends.If you dont do this, then splits will come in your way when you want long hair.
6.Minimize using heating tools,style your hair naturally.Heating hair makes it weak.
7.Remove stress off your life.Physical and mental stressors will keep your hair from realizing its full potential.
8.Rinse your hair under cold water after you finish washing your hair.This will prevent split ends.
9.Drink plenty of water.This will help blood circulation which helps to grow out hair.
