Tip 4 - Characters

I believe that one of the keys to a great role play experience lies in characters. (But I think that about all writing so, you know.)

Whether you create a new character for every role play (like I tend to do) or if you use one character and alter them for each role play's form, your character is important.

Bland, run of the mill characters or over powered, Mary/Gary Sues are no fun to role play with (for the other person and sometimes for you, too).

If I were to give you all the advice I have for making interesting, well-rounded characters, this chapter would be way too long. If you're interested in more information, however, comment, and I'll see about making a chapter about character development.
