Chapter 14: Another Persona-user?

Saturday, 23rd of May -After school- [Classroom]

Minako lets out a heavy sigh of relief as soon as the bell rings. The teacher walks around the classroom to collect all the test papers. Some students have worried expressions on their faces. As soon as the teacher leaves, everyone stand up to return home. The classroom is filled with discussion about their final test. Some students regret for not studying while some don't even care. Minako ignores the noisy classroom and walks to her brother, who is talking with Junpei and Yukari. She sees Yukari nods in agreement to what Minato said. Junpei, on the other hand, seems dreadful.

Yukari: Yeah, I answered that too. What about you, Junpei? What did you write?

Junpei: Huh?? Me? Uh....let's just forget about that! Now that the exams are out of the way, we can focus on getting stronger!

Yukari: *sigh* Figures.

-Evening- [Dormitory lounge]

Akihiko returns from his hospital stay with a cheerful look on his face. He sits at the dining table while eating a bento. Yukari and Junpei stand in front of him while having a chat. While he is eating, he sees the twins entering the dorm. He welcomes them with a warm smile.

Akihiko: Ah, you're back.

Upon hearing his voice, Minako runs to Akihiko excitedly while pulling Minato along with her.

Minako: Senpai! I hear you're fully healed!

Minato: ...Congratulations.

Akihiko: I need to catch up on my training. I've slacked off for a whole month.

Minako: Shouldn't you take it easy, though? I don't want you to re-injure your arm.

Akihiko: Thank you for your concern but I've already wasted precious time. Besides, I've already found a new Persona-user. 

Minako: Really?!

Junpei: We did!? Sweet~~! Is it a girl~?

The girls glare at Junpei.

Junpei: W-What!?

Akihiko: Actually it is. She's a junior who goes to our school.

Minako: What's her name?

Akihiko: Fuuka Yamagishi. Do you guys know her?

Yukari: Yamagishi?...Oh, that girl in class 2-E. She gets sick a lot, from what I've heard. I don't see her at school very often.

Minako: How do you know her, senpai?

Akihiko: She was at the same hospital as me. That's how we found out about her. But, maybe she's not cut out for battle. I had an Evoker made for her, too...

Minako: S-Same hospital... 

There is a hint of jealously in Minako's voice. Akihiko sounds disappointed. Junpei raises his voice in disbelief.

Junpei: WHAT!? We're giving up on her already!? I was gonna offer her some private lesson...

Once again, Yukari and Minako glare at Junpei with contempt. Junpei feels uncomfortable with their glares.

Junpei: Wh-Why're you lookin' at me like that? *giggle* C'mon.. I'm a guy. Whaddya expect!?

Friday, 29th of May -After school- [School]

Both Minako and Yukari walk towards the outdoor hallway to take some fresh air after Yukari's Archery practice. While talking casually, they realize that they are not alone. They see two brown-haired girls laughing at the end of the hallway. Minako and Yukari decided to move closer to them to hear their conversation. As they get a closer look on the girls' faces, Minako recognizes them. One of the girls' name is Natsuki and the other is Maki.
