-Dark Hour- [Command Room - 4th floor]
Akihiko: Akihiko here.
Mitsuru: This is Mitsuru. We've successfully completed the operation. The monorail didn't sustain any noticeable damage, except for two broken windows.
Ikutsuki: Thank you, Mitsuru. When I heard they'd hijacked a monorail, I feared the worst. Well done. Now I don't have to worry about tomorrow's headlines. And don't worry about the broken windows, I'll get it fixed.
Mitsuru: The team did a great job. They're learning quickly.
Akihiko: But, what are the Shadows up to? Taking over a monorail... This is getting out of hand.
Ikutsuki: I'll be looking into that matter.
Mitsuru: Does this mean... it's begun?
Ikutsuki: Hmm... Let's not jump to any conclusions. For now, we should study their behavior for patterns and clues. We cannot afford to always wait for them to make their first move.
Mitsuru: If I had more power, things wouldn't be so difficult for the others...
Ikutsuki: Don't be so hard on yourself. You're doing fine. More importantly....Do you have anything to drink, Akihiko?
Akihiko: Huh...? Why do you look so tired, Ikutsuki-san? Wait...Don't tell me the bicycle outside is yours!
Ikutsuki: Boy, am I going to be sore tomorrow! *sweatdrop*
Mitsuru ended the conversation with Akihiko and Ikutsuki. She is standing beside the train station alone. The juniors went somewhere, probably to a pizza shop. She stares at her hands. Why is she too weak? Too weak to do more than just standing beside her motorcycle and giving information to them. She hopes that she could join the battle too but providing support is much more important. She decided to eliminate her thoughts and return to the dorm to get some sleep.
Monday, 11th of May -Early Morning- [School]
Minato and Minako walk towards the school gate while talking about their experience on the monorail. It was certainly exciting and scary in the same time. They also recall the weird pyjama-boy who warned them of an "ordeal" and it seems as if the prediction came true. What does it mean? Is that boy from the future? Is he a foreseer? As they are wondering about that matter, the energetic-as-always Junpei approaches them, wearing a huge grin on his face.
Junpei: Wazzup? Today is just an ordinary day, huh? That was crazy though, the day before yesterday. I've never had that kinda thrill in all my life.
Minako: Me neither.
Junpei: Don't you think it's getting more exciting, lately?
Minako: Yeah, definitely!
Junpei: Totally! We won the battle and saved the city. How sweet is that!?
-Morning- [In the Classroom]
Mr. Ekoda: I'm sure you all remember that midterm exams start next Monday.
The twins heard two girls whispering to each other.
Female classmate: Aw... really? The exams again!?
Another female classmate: I know right! No phone for a week and you must study for the whole day! I don't like this at all.
Mr. Ekoda: If you paid attention during class and studied diligently at home, you should have no problems. Of course, the best way to prepare for a difficult exam is to sleep through class, like Junpei here. Hmph!
