Eve sat in her chair, bored, tired and lonely, she had spent most of her day chasing after some little girls ghost who wished to play hide and seek. She grabbed some candy from a bowl On either side of the chair and looked around her living room.

The walls of the room she was in black with a gold pattern and there were a couple candle holders on the Wass for light. There was also a fire place, two short columns was on either side.

The floor was tiled to look like wood on.
And sitting on top of the fireplace was a small lantern that she used to watch the children on Halloween, unlike the other spirits, she didn't have something that showed the children believed in her, she knew they didn't.

Sighing softly Eve got up and grabbed the lantern. This was a day like any other for her, she just stared at the lantern as it glowed a slight orange color and  showed her bats progress, they were doing as told. Changing the color of the leaves, and making the skies look a bit gloomy. Putting the lamp down she reached for one of the candy bowls and placed it in her lap, digging through the bowl of  candy till  she then pulled out a bat shaped lolly. She unwrapped it and set the bowl back down, then licked the lolli pop, sugar always helped when she was bored, well most of the time.

How ever not this time...

This was one of the few times when she was desperate enough to ask even the Boogieman for company, but of course she wouldn't.

"Man.... I'M BORED!!" she said to herself, As she flipped upside down on the chair. Reaching into her pocket eve pulled out a golden ring with a  star shaped gem on it, this was the only thing she had from her past, her one and only treasure. She got out of her chair and placed it back in her pocket as she picked up the lantern again.

"Fire come from below,
bring me love that I do know,
make my heart blaze and shine,
to bring the love that will be mine!"

she chanted gently touching one of pains of glass on the lantern as it glowed red, it erased the image of her bats and a new one appeared. He was so beautiful, she would think time and time again, and how she wished she could join him, but she never could. Damn nerves always got to her so she'd settle for stalk-...... Silently observing him in administration..........

She loved more then anything to stare into those sky blue eyes, she had seen him many times from when she was doing intensive research * cough* stalking *cough* on him . If she wasn't mistaken, it was in a place that is now called Burgess town that she had seen him.

And it was only 2 years after she had became a spirit she had first laid eyes on him, but for some reason, one season, no matter where she looked in that town, she couldn't find him. And that of course only added to her long list of thinks to be depressed about.

Suddenly one of her bats came  screeching into the room.

"What is it now?" she asked it making the image disappear as the smallest bat started to freak out.

"What!? I Have Visitors!?" She jumped up and looked back at her lantern to show 5 people standing in her front hallway look around. Quickly she fixed her hair and clothes.

"Well don't just hover there! Let Them In!" she said with a tiny smile, it had been 200yrs since she had smiled so her smiling muscles were a little rusty.
