Kai's P.O.V

After breakfast, we were back outside, in front of the dining hall and waiting for someone to tell us what to do. I turned around to see Kassie, rushing to get out of the dining hall. She was fixing her boots and her infinity scarf at the same time. 'She's bad at multitasking...' I thought as I hid a giggled by biting my bottom lip. Once she was done, she came down to where we were, which was on the grass and came in the middle of us since we were in a circle.

"Ok." She said while looking around her. "Looks like everyone is here, guess we should with today's things." She said beofre taking in a deep breath then letting it out, shakly. "This whole take is about independents. How you can handle being by yourself since back then, it was all man for themselves. So, I'm gonna give you a clipboard and you get to head off anywhere and everywhere. Once you get to a spot that you like, you're gonna look around you and put yourself into one of the settlers shoes. You're gonna tell me what they thought was helpful to them what things entertained them that's around you today." She explained. "So please, try not to gather with your friends." She said. Everybody repiled with a yeah and she handed out the clipboards and papers. I still had my eyes on (Y/N). She thinks I'm gonna let the fact that she jumped on Jack just like that pass me? Nah bitch. It's war time. Even though I was starting to like her, she always has to fuck shit up. Ahsely did warn me about her, but I thought she was lying. Ahsely was right. (Y/N) is a hoe. She is a slut. She jumps on every boy she meets eyes with. It's honestly funny. Once I grabbed on to my clipboard and paper, I went off to where (Y/N) went, which was North. I slowly, but surely followed her to the woods until we reached this lake looking place. I went behind a tree to spy on what (Y/N) was doing. I heard her sigh before placing her clipboard down and lying down, stomach first on the grass. She then reached out her hand into the probably freezing cold water. She then started to sing a little.

"It's not time to get emotional, (Y/N). You don't love him. He doesn't love you. Now, get him out of your mind." She said to herself before writing on her paper. 'You fuckin' better not...' I thought before trying to walk closer to her. Key word: trying. She laid back down where she was and kept on writing while humming. I closer and closer to her until I was right behind her. I was suprised that she didn't hear me just yet. I crouched down a but so that I could reach her head and reached out my shaky hand. 'Why am I shaking? I'm about to hurt this bitch that wants my future husband. If I don't give her her lesson, she'll never learn. So I better do this without shaking....' I thought as my hands slowly went above her head. 'Come one. You're just one step away from hurt her...' I slowly placed my hands on her head and before she gave our a reaction, I ducked her head into the freezing water. Some water got one me as she splashed around and tried to get out of my grip. I pushed her head harder before pulling her back up for air. I turned her head around so she can be facing me.

"What the hell is your problem?" She asked.

"Why did you kiss Jack?" I repiled with a question.
