*Kai's P.O.V*

I woke up in the same, bright room I was in yesterday. 'I'm still here?' I thought and looked to the sides of me. The right side was the windows, and on my left side was Mommy and the doctor. I pretended I was asleep, but I listened to their conversation.

"So you're saying she's gonna be alright?" Mommy asked. Her voice sounded like she was gonna have a panic attack sooner or later.

"Tina, I told you, she's gonna be fine. She wouldn't have any memories of the accident because of that life saving suergy. Her recovery is all on her." Dr. Zoë repiled.

"What if they took out the wrong part of the brain?"

"I'm more than postive they took out the right peice." The doctor laughed. "Look at that, she's waking up." I slowly rose up and looked at the two adults. I rubbed my eyed and yawned and saw they both had smiles on their faces. Mommy's smile was smaller than Dr. Zoë. In fact, Dr. Zoë's smile was so big, you can see if even if you were on the moon. "Oh good. The princess is awake!" Dr. Zoë beamed with joy as she jumped out of her seat. "How are you doing babe?" She asked me.

"I feel light-headed..." I repiled and held my head in my hands. Immediately after that left my mouth, Mommy stood up.

"Is she supposed to feel like that? I thought you say she was fine." Mommy said.

"She's alright. Being light-headed is one of the side affects."

"And I'm hungry." I added. Dr. Zoë nodded and left the room for a quick second before coming back with a bowl of fried noddles and chicken. I took the bowl away and started eating with the chopstick that was provided.

"Are you OK Kai? Do you feel sick?'" Mommy asked.

"I'm fine, Mommy." I repiled. "Anyways, when can I go see Ashley?" I asked Dr. Zoë.

"We have one more test with you, then you can go see you best friend." I felt a wave of relief wash over me as soon as those words left her mouth.

"So then can we do this so called 'test'?" I asked with an eyebrow raise and a smirk on my face. She knew what I was up to and she smirked. Mommy looked at the both of us like we were crazy.

"Yep. Shall we do the test now?"  She said.

"We shall." I repiled and jumped out of bed. As I ran passed the door of the room, I ran passed the mirror and something caught my eye when I passed the mirror. I backed up so I was in the mirror's view and I actually almost screamed. I'm bald. I have no hair on the top of my head. There is literary nothing on top of my head except the bandage that wrapped around it. "Holy Mother Teresa riding a motorcycle to Mass! Where is all my hair?!" I said as I patted the smooth surface.

"Oh yeahhhhhh. About that....." Dr. Zoë started to play with her finger while looking on the ground. "It was all you Mom's fault." She said quickly and pointed to Mommy, who's eyes were wide opened and looked at woman in the white, pink flowered coat.
