Chapter 4

Wow 3 updates in a row. This chapter is in Cass' POV. Sorry it's so short we are tired and had to rewrite this chaper.

Cass’ POV

“Okay Cass please don’t kill us.” Angel pleaded. “I don’t really feel like dying right now…”

I scoffed. “Angel you have such little faith. I’m not going to kill you I’m planning to kill that annoying twat.” I swerved again making the sleeping Merle smash his head on the window and jolt awake. I grinned when I heard him swore under his breath. “Sorry there was a walker on the road and I didn’t feel like running it over.”

I smiled innocently as he glared at me. “Don’t worry about it darling.” That made my smile drop. I was hoping he would get pissed and stop talking to me but of course not. That fucking smug smile was stuck on his face.

“What’s got you smiling?” Angel asked him.

“Little Cassy is thinking about me.” He said proudly. What was he a mind reader?

“And how do you know? I could be thinking of your attractive brother.” I rose and eyebrow glancing back at the two in the rear-view mirror.

“Because whenever you get angry or annoyed your lip twitches and you clench your hands.” He said. “Plus you’ve never seen my brother.” I unclenched my hands from my hard grip on the wheels and frowned. I put on a bank face looking forward while I spoke.

“I have no idea what you’re talking about.”

“He’s kinda right…” Angel admitted. I shot a glare at her and she looked down. “Your lip is twitching now. You’re getting annoyed.”

“Shut up I am not!” I snapped.

“No need to raise your voice.” Merle commented. I swerved the car suddenly and he hit his head on the window cursing out loud. “FUCK.”

I grinned showing my teeth. “Oops…”

“Okay pull over I am driving for now on.” Angel said.

“What’s wrong with my driving skills?” I asked sounding offended.

“You’re a maniac.” Merle said.

“Shut the fuck up nobody asked you.” I snapped at him. I pulled over got out while slamming the door in the process, knowing that Angel hated that, and got in the back with McDouche once again slamming the door. Angel started driving muttering about how unnecessary that was and how I was going to be the death of her. I actually would like to think that she’d trip and fall or something and then die but oh no she just had to blame her death on me. What had I done to make her think that I’d be the death of her?

“It could’ve been from your fantastic driving skills.” Merle said.

“Did I say that out loud?” I questioned.

“About how you wonder how you’re going to be the death of me? Yeah you did.” I rolled my eyes and muttered to myself in Italian.

“Say something else.” Merle urged.

“Fortiti.” I said glaring at him. “Yu uomo stupido. Vorrei essere in grado di buttare fuori la macchina in movimento ma no Angel solito mi lascio. “Ooh that sounded sexy.” He purred grinning and I smiled sarcastically at him.

“I love it when you speak like that.”  He said.

“I hope you know I’m just insulting you over and over again right?” I said.

“I’m okay with that sweet cheeks.” I sighed irritably. “You never quit do you?”

“Apparently not…” Angel said. I shook my head and rolled my eyes looking out the widow hoping to catch a few moments of sleep. Thankfully Merle didn’t say anything else as I drifted asleep.
