Cover: clean, crisp, it's not that bad. Suggestions: change the colour of the text so you can see it better. It's very simplistic, but I think for this book simplistic is good. B+

First Impression: My god, is there a lot of mistakes. Every "been" has been replaced by "bin", a lot of words have also been misspelled, but, it's actually comprehensible what the plot is. It's basically about a daughter named river who has no parents. So she gets to live with rich jerks who treat her like a slave. Cool. Then she runs off into the woods, in search of a better life. Cool. She has a scar shaped like a tree. Once again, cool. But, the "brother" is kinda introduced out of nowhere. It's kinda like he just showed up in the plot. Uncool. Everything is well thought out, but this book is brought down, but not out, by spelling. Uncool. B

Chapters Read: 1. Yes, that's it. Sorry, but I will come back to this book. It just needs time to become more fleshed out.

I did like this book. I see a lot of potential in it. Spelling alone, however, brought this book down from a better mark. And that's a shame. I cannot wait to see what adventures river gets up to in the upcoming chapters. And feel free to suggest more books in the future, author of this book. Until we meet again, river...
