I stumble as I rematerialise. After a short look I recognise the old oak in front of me. Behind me I hear a soft noise.
"Best landing so far, not bad."
Blackwolf points at the red circle drawn on the ground. My left foot is exactly on the line.
"But you can do better than that."
I sigh and shake my head.
"I can't do more than two accurate jumps in a direct row..."
"But why are you able to do two perfect jumps in a row over nearly 200 meters and then..."
He interrupts himself.
"Let's start this one more time, back to school. Then you can get dinner."
He smiles at me, probably to motivate me. I try not to look too sad. I really like him, like I really like nearly all of my teachers. Or students. But still, I am sure that I'm not able to do it. I don't know why I got this extra courses at my skill. It's not like teleporting would be a uncommon thing at this school. Okay, maybe it is not too common. And maybe the way I teleport is sort of unique. But no one can tell me too much about my abilities anyway. At least I got Blackwolf in the lessons now. He understands at least most of my emotions. I gaze at him as he starts to run toward the school. He really is beautiful...
Then I focus on the tree marked with a little red flag in the distance. Woosh. I'm here. Turn around, blue flag. Woosh. I'm here. Turn around. I can already see the school from here. In the entrance, a silver reflection is visible. Woosh. And splash. I suddenly feel water all around me. As I want to gasp for air, my lungs feel with water. I start kicking in random directions and panic. I can't even teleport anymore, but I try it another time. Woosh. Still water around me. Where in hell am I?! I stiffen in shock as strong arms grab me.
