I woke up the next morning in a hospital bed. There was IV's going in and out my arms. My leg felt heavy and I had a bad headache. My body even felt sore all over.
"Hmm....."I said trying to sit up.
"Jay"Quincy looked up at me through sleepy eyes.
"What happened? Why am I here?"I asked confused.
"You don't remember what happened"
"Not really. My memory is a lil fogged up and my headache to bad for me think"
"Here. The doctor told me to give you this when you wake up"He said handing me a pill and some water. I took and downed it. Things from last night started flooding through my memory and I started crying.
"Are you ok? What's wrong Jay?"Quincy looked panicked.
"I remember what happened last night"
"What happened?"
"Well I was getting ready and drew came in. I had posted some picture of me on Instagram and he didn't like that. So he asked me why and I said I could so what I want and he h-hit me with a bat on my leg"I said as more tears came down my face.
"So you mean to tell me, he hit you with a bat"Quincy said angrily.
"Yea and he dragged me across the floor by my hair and just started punching and kicking over and over. He kept telling me I was giving him the wrong answer and continued. He told me to beg for him to stop. I really thought it was over when he hit me over the head with the bat"I cried.
"I'm so sorry Jay"Quincy said holding my hand.
"Its ok quincy, it wasn't your fault"
"Don't worry. This never gonna happen again"
"No! Don't do anything stupid Quincy"I begged him.
"I won't"
"You promise"
"I can't promise you this"He said getting up.
"Please don't do this Quincy"
"I'm sorry Jay"He said walking out.
