Turns out that the mysterious item that Ian and Xander brought was an violin for each of them to play. We learned that one on the first day as they charmed monsters, wood nymphs, and water nymphs to come out of their land and listen to the music. It was truly wonderful when the idea hit him on why they brought it. I ask them when we were a day away from entering the underworld. "Ian1 Xander! Did you guys brought the the violin to charm Charon and Cerberus? Because we are not dead and we need to enter the underworld to kill Hades.." I trailed off, not knowing how to continue.
"My my little lad." "I ain't little!" "Fine my grown up lad, yes what you said is what we are going to do. It may not work but we are going to try even if one of us die, because we own you that much Kevin." "What? You don't own me anything! It is I, who owe you something for helping me! What have I done to be in your grace?" Man was I confuse. "Without your mom, me and Xander wouldn't be here together but apart because she helped us come this far. But since she has died before we could help her, we shall repay her great favor by helping her only son, you Kevin." "Wow. Thats pretty deep man." I said and it was quite before we were cracking up! I was crying hard! "Tomorrow is the battle and here we are talking about deep stuff! Man does that lift up our spirits!" I crackled laughing.
We laugh, told stories, crack up more, and kept on doing till we cry and before any of us wanted it to happen we were getting tired. Well I was because I was the only one yawning and everything. Waking up at three in the morning and hiking from sundown to sunset was made me weary to the bone. And I was new to this unlike Ian, Ky, and Xander. I think they notice me falling asleep because they kept glancing at me but my eyelids felt soo heavy that it was impossible to stay awake and I fell asleep where I was sleeping. Good Night Kevin. Edythe sang to me till I lost conscious and went into a dreamless sleep. I was just that tired.
