Hades's Anger

Prologue

An angry Hades storm into the throne room and his wife, a kind and loving women, Edythe, sat still, not moving for she does not want to be in the center of his anger. For Hades was the complete opposite of Edythe. Hades was angry, short temper, and is capable of doing anything for he is the God of the Underworld. And for sweet Edythe, she was as kind as she was lovely. She was the Goddess of Love and Happiness. She did everything she could to calm down Hades but as usually, he lashed out at her. Her son, Kevin, was only 8, and was the only child. Edythe spoil him but Hades has demand to see him straight away in the throne room, so this is his first and hopefully his last time seeing his father like this, for the life he live in was protect by his mother, so he never known the real world till now, experiencing it first hand as he sees his father lash out at his mother.

"STOP! Father what are you doing? Is this not the lady you marry and said you loved? Why are you lashing out on her? For she has done nothing? I do not understand!!" Young lad Kevin said, scared. He was so scared, indeed, what he said could not be heard by Hades, nor can he be seen, hiding behind the chair, for Hades yell was louder than his scream. Edythe, despite of the pain said, "Run child. I have protect you but now you are of age. Run and never come back. If you do and is determined to kill him, make his death a painless one. I know he is evil and about to kill me but I still love him so please my child, make it a painless one for him. I lo... you... and please.... don't forget. Farr....well.." But with that, Hades stabbed her to death. This image will haunt Kevin's dreams forever. Kevin, now is scared with this image. You may think that's it not possible for an immortal and a god, to die but remember, Hades is the God of Death.

But even so, Edythe's love for Kevin was so great that even when she died, she transfers her powers to Kevin. But Kevin would not know this, for he believes she had died, seeing her death with his own eyes, but yet, she was the God of Happiness and Love, and thus even with her body dead, her soul lives within Kevins'. This was how great her love was for her son. He would soon learn this when Edythe's soul believe he was ready to kill Hades and then, shall she reveal herself to Kevin. But remember, at the moment, Kevin is unaware. But, she is also the God of Happiness, so, while living in Kevin's body, she will search for the body, perfect for her and come back to life, making Kevin happy again. Even if the God of Death kills her, he kills her out of anger, and hatred, the complete opposite of love and happiness. One cannot live without the other. And so they can never die, but forever search for a body, one that meets their needs. For if a body is too weak then, the body will die, a pointless death. But if the body was strong enough or stronger, then the body will live.
