This time, she called me. It has been three weeks and Kassie and I are the best friends. We hang out, we do almost everything together. She listens to me, I do the same. For once in my life, somebody understands me for the way I feel. We can tell each other secrets and don't judge the other person. Someone actually cares about me.

"Hello, this is Leo Stars. How may I help thy caller," I say in a humorous voice.

"It is Cinnamon Kassie dear darling asking if you would care for a picnic." I hear Kassie say in a British accent.

"Oh no my lovely lady for I have a dinner to attend tonight," I say back jokingly.

"Oh gracious boy," I hear Kassie giggle. "Might I remind you that there will be Huckleberry ice cream as our main course."

"Forget the dinner!" I say into the phone. "Huckleberry ice cream! I'm in!" I yell, losing all manners.

Kassie is laughing through the phone. "Ok then Mr. Stars. I'd better see you at Wellspring park at noon! Bye!"

I sigh and hang up.

I meet Kassie at the park at she sets up the blankets. We sit and she pulls out ice cream. I look at it hungrily and start drooling. She helps me out of my wheelchair and onto the blankets. I pull her close into hug and we begin talk.
About nothing really. Just feelings, gossip, and the latest videos online. We pull out her computer and watch a cheesy movie about love. When it is done, she closes the laptop. I pull her closer and I can feel the cool breath of Huckleberry on her lips. Our lips are inches apart...

It feels like sparks are tingling up my spine. I am in shock before I kiss her back and it feels so good. The Huckleberry melts on contact and I feel her push me back. We collide and I smell a strong scent of oranges. I can't feel anything in my bones until we pull away and she smiles. "I love you Leo Stars." I grin. "I love you to Kassie." And her smile would have lit up any room all across the world.
