This time, I arrived at the Coffee Cafe and I ordered tea.
"Hi again!" A familiar voice chimes.
"Oh hey Kassie!" I reply turning my head.
She heads towards my table. "What kind of special order can I get for you today?" She winks at me playfully and I smile.
"Oh nothing complicated," I say in an English accent. "Just the Honey Lemon decaf half creamed jasmine tea!" She bursts out laughing.
She comes back with my drink and a napkin a few moments later and sets it down on the table.
"Here you go, Mr-..." she begins.
"Stars, Leo Stars." I reply.
"Well then Leo, I hope to see you around!" She smiles.
"Thanks!" I say before taking a sip of my tea.
I begin to wipe my parched lips with the napkin when I notice handwriting on it.
I turn the napkin over in my hand and realize that it is Kassie's number!
At first I am confused, but soon my heart is overtaken by joy.
