Cheese. I mean, everyone likes cheese, right? It is just too cheesy! It's a part of many cultures, Like Polish traditional sheep cheese, or Swiss emmentaler. It's just a big, tasty part of our life. Cheese is not so known in southern Asia and Africa, as much as it is in Europe and both Americas. The earliest evidence of cheese-making in the archaeological record dates back to 5,500 BCE, in what is now Kujawy, Poland. That was a lot of time ago, wasn't it? There are many dishes with cheese, like a cheesecake (it'sa lie) for example. Seriously, cheese is grate!
