(Aka.....Christmas)

"So u going to Erika's Christmas party tonight?", Yaya asked as I put away the dishes along with her.
"Christmas party? Is Daniel gonna be there?", Riky asks being nosy asf.
"Way to jump straight to the point Riky....", Yaya stayed gritting her teeth at him.
"Well...I have to go. You know how Erika is. If I don't go, she'll make me the New Years feast. And yes....Daniel is going to be there....", I confirmed.
"Are u ok with him being there? You could always come back home & celebrate it with us.", Yaya said.
"Nah.....I'm ok. Besides, I'm gonna try & be as far away from Daniel as possible.", I said.
"That little boy broke my little sis's heart. Imma break his ribs.😡", Riky growled cracking his knuckles.
"Hey! Don't say that! You know he just got outta the hospital.....", I say punching his shoulder lightly.

"Yeah, i know. But he still hasn't told anybody why he tried to commit suicide. Don't u think that's weird?", Riley asked.

Oh no.....Riky's getting suspicious.......

I dropped the dishes & dried my hands with a towel.

"Um....I gotta go upstairs to change.", I said heading up the stairs.

As I got into my room, I closed my door shut & actually started getting ready for tonight.
I got into the shower with my towel & black, lingerie underwear & bra.

(10 Minutes Later)

After I took a shower, I curled my hair just a bit & put on my underwear & bra.
I did a natural/smoky makeup.
Afterwards, I slowly opened my closet & took out a special beauty.
I only have 1 dress in my entire closet.
It's a dress I bought a year ago & I never tried it once.
I was saving it for a special occasion.....

Here goes nothing.......

I put on my clear pantyhose that are about my skin tone 'cause it's cold outside, my white, toe-sowing heels, & put the dress over my body.

I walked over to the mirror & took a pic.
I put my phone down & than took a deep breath.
I hope I don't look ugly asf..........
I got my black clutch purse & keys & phone & headed out my room.

As I started walking downstairs, I heard my brother & sister conversing in the kitchen.
Once I got to the bottom of the steps, they stopped & stared.
"You ain't going out like that!", Ricky yelled in a sassy tone.
"Awe! Riky! She looks gorgeous!!!", Yaya tells him.
"Jsgsfghsggsgsfgsh, I don't care! She ain't going to no teen Christmas party dressed like that!", he says.
