(The Next Morning)

I opened my eyes & shut them again.

(1...2...3...4...5)

After 5 seconds, I opened them in a hurry.
I checked my surroundings & started to remember where I was.
Christmas.....party....Erika's...drinks, Kevin....oh shit!
I quickly turned my head to see a naked sleepless body next to me.
I looked under the covers that were on me & than started panicking.
Daniel!
"Shit, shit, shit, shit, shit!", I yelled in a very low voice.
I saw my clothes scattered across the whole room.

I got up in a hurry & put my bra & underwear on quickly. I put on my pantyhose & shoes & dress & than tried to make my hair a bit more decent.

I grabbed my bag that was in the shower-
Wait? How the fuck did it-never mind!
I quietly opened & closed the door & tip-toed down the hall.

When I came down the stairs, I saw everyone already awake.

"Bruh! My head huuuuuurts!😩🤕🤕", Kevin complained grabbing his head.
"What are u complaining about?! I slept on a chair....🤕", Renee said groaning.
Erika was in the kitchen while Devin was on the couch watching TV.

"Melody? Where were u?", Erika asked me sipping her glass of orange juice.
"I-um, I passed out in the bathroom.", I said lying.
"Come, sit down.", Kevin said patting down on the couch.
I nervously sat next to him as he put his arm around me.

(Spitting)

"Wait a minute...y'all a couple now?!", Erika said spitting out her drink onto Kev's face.

(Laughter)

Laughing fills the room as Kevin just looked at Erika.
"W-Wtf was that for?!", Kevin yelled.
"Sorry, (Coughs) Not (Coughs)", Erika asks getting closer.

As Kevin wipes his face, we hear footsteps coming down the steps.
There pops out a grinning Daniel😏with his clothes on & his hands in his pockets of his sweatpants.
He acting like we ain't do anything.....
"Morning' bros! Morning beautiful ladies. Isn't it a fine morning?", Daniel says stopping at the bottom of the steps.
"Erika, did u go on a rampage last night & bop Daniel in the head with a hammer?", Kevin asks looking at Daniel like he crazy.
"No....did I?🤔", Erika wonders.
"Come on guys! Isn't it a fine day?😁", he sighs happily.
He walks past me & winks than sits down like it's nothing.
What the-
I shake the memories of last night from my head & check the time.

"Guys, its 2:45 p.m! Did we sleep for that long?", I asked surprised.
"Yep. Joshua, Jakeline, & Azariah went home last night.", Erika says sipping her cup.
"Hey, i know! Let's take the girls home, pick them up at 6:00 & we'll all go eat at a fast food restaurant.", Daniel suggests excitedly.
"Sure, why not? I'll text Jakeline & Azariah to meet us at Melody's. The boys will go get Joshua & Lexi & we'll all go. But be sure to pick us up.", Renee states grabbing my hand & Erika's.
We started heading out the door & waited for Devin & the guys to drive us home.

(At Home)

When I arrived, Erika, Renee, Jakeline, & Azariah went straight into the living room.
Jakeline & Azariah were waiting outside when we arrived, fully, causally clothed.
Erika had brung her emergency bag with her so that she can change into more comfortable clothing & shared with Renee as well.
