Suddenly....Daniel got down on his knees as everyone stopped counting in unison.

I tuned out the cheers from the crowd below as all the color from my face starts to fade away as we all looked at him..........

He looks up at me and starts smiling.
"Melody....I'm sorry for cheating on u.....But, realizing that we've spent 4 years together now has got me thinking long & hard about how much u really mean to me. I do not regret almost killing myself that night.....because I would do anything for u. Since the day that I saw u in that basement, you've given me new friends, adventure, tears, anger, smiles, & pleasure.....you've given me something real......and I can never thank God enough for sending me a fallen angel. I want to wake up & see those chubby-cheeks beside me every morning. I never again want to be separated from u for freaking 8 months, 1 month, 7 days, or even 3 days as a matter of fact! Ever. So........", he states taking out a black box.
He opens it & puts it in the air for everyone to see.

"Will u marry me?", he asked.
I was almost on the verge of tears as I heard those words come out of his mouth.
W-what....the actual fuck.....is happening.....D-Daniel is p-proposing to me?
I snap outta my thoughts & look down at the gold-Rose/black ring.

I look at him & see all the hopefulness energy coming from him.

Suddenly, someone spoke up.
"Melody.....", Kevin said stepping up.
He grabs ahold of both of my palms & pulls me closer to him.
"W-Will u marry me?", he asked as well.

My heart is literally being torn into two pieces one belonging to each of the guys.
"Kevin. What do u think you're doing?", Daniel asked.
"Something I should've done as well.", he says.
Both of them glare at each other.
"Melody.....please....who is it going to be?", Daniel pleaded.

My heart felt like it was going to explode & I felt dizzy asf.

"I-uh.....I-I'm sorry....I can't think straight....I need to lie down.", I said running away from the rooftop & down the stairs.

I called & ran into the uber as soon as it arrived & told the driver to step on it 'cause I felt like I was about to faint.

(3 Minutes Later)

I gave the uber the money & started going towards the hotel.
After passing the lobby, going in the elevator, & opening the door, I finally arrived to the room.
I got a glass of water from the kitchen & sat down on the couch.
I didn't even bother to turn on the lights.
I just sat there......in the dark.
