Wendy's (POV)

As I walk to the back of the stage, a few of the other guy performers winked at me, and taped my butt. I grunted and made me way to my dressing room. Once I got there, I open my door, and saw that my dressing room was flooded with love notes and flowers. I groan as I throw the love notes away in my over flowing trash can, already drowning in love notes. I put the flowers in vases and place them by my windowsill. I sigh and pull out a cigarette and lit it. I sit down in a chair across from my rack of clothes and dresses I wear for performances.

*KNOCK* *KNOCK*

I then hear a knock at my dressing room door. I sigh again, and put out my cigarette. I walk up to the door, and opened it. I looked around and didn't see anyone. I then look down to see a boy there, in a fancy get up.

"Can I help you?" I ask the kid.

"Yes actually you can help me." The kid pulls out a little notebook. I groan, thinking he was about to pull out a love note.

"Look kid, no offense but I got enough admirers as it is. The last thing I need is another one." I glare at him.

"Oh, I'm not here to admire you." He leans on the wall by the door.

"Then why are you here?" I ask him impatient. He then pulls out a police badge, and speaks up again.

"Detective Dipper Pines, I'm investigating a robbery that happened at the museum last night, and I'm here to ask you a few questions." My face fell hearing he was a cop, and at such a young age too.

"How old are you?" I asked him.

"I'm thirteen." He replied. I knew at that moment I had to let him in the room to talk. I move out of the way, and signal him to come in. He walks into my room, and speaks up again.

"Nice room you got here."

"Thanks." I then pull up a seat for him.

"Well, don't just stand there, take a seat." He nodded and sat down.

"So, I never thought that a thirteen year old could be a cop." I smirk.

"Well, you know how it is. The police force is so desperate that they'll hire anyone these days."

"So 'officer' what am I getting charged for?" I smirk again.

"Depends, did you do something you weren't supposed to?" He asks me, raising his eye brow.

"Look, Dipper was it? I just sing, okay? What crime could a girl like me possibly commit?" I say dramatically.

"I don't know, I'm not you. But you can start answering some questions for me." He pulls out a pen.

"Like what?" I ask impatiently again. He then turns his head to my dresser, and sees my golden, jewel encrusted necklace.

"Well, for starters you can tell me where you got that necklace." He points at it.

"My boyfriend, Robbie gave it to me." I crosses my arms.

"And where did he get it?"

"Pfft, I don't know. He gives this kind of stuff to me as gifts for after my shows." He raises his eye brow at me as if he was saying, I don't believe you.

"Welp, I'm sorry to tell you this Wendy, but I don't think you're telling me everything." He crosses his arms at me. I lean over to him and spoke up.

"Look kid, all I do is sing okay? That's it. If I were to rob a museum, I wouldn't be here right now living off of paycheck after paycheck." I scolded at him.

"Hm, then you wouldn't mind if I looked around this room would you?" He asked getting up from his seat. I then start to sweat, and spoke up again.

"Oh no, that won't be necessary." I nervously laughed.

"Sorry, but it's part of my investigation." He moves me aside and starts looking around in my room.

Dipper's (POV)

I start to look around in Wendy's dressing room, looking for anything that could help my case. I then noticed something shining in the corner. I turn back to Wendy and spoke up.

"What's in the corner there, Wendy?" I ask pointing at the corner.

"Oh nothing, just some old costumes I forgot to hang up." She rubs the back of her neck. I nodded half heartedly, and walk over to the corner. There, I found a black bag with something shiny sticking out of the top of it. I lift it up, and I heard what sounded like a lot of metal. I lift the bag from the bottom and flip it over, causing a whole bunch of gold, sliver, and gem encrusted jewelry to flood out of the bag. I look back at Wendy, and spoke up.

"Costumes huh?" I smirk. She rubs her arm, and spoke up frantically.

"Okay fine! Yes, I steal jewelry, but I didn't rob the museum!" Gotcha. I nodded and walked up to her.

"Then you're going to tell me who did."

"And if I don't?" She asked.

*CLING*

She looks down the see that I handcuffed her. She looked at me stunned, and I spoke up again.

"We can do this the easy way or hard way. It's your choice." I say walking up behind her.

"Okay, then I choose hard way!" She then head butted me in the nose. I go down, as she makes a run for it. I get up for the ground with blood spilling out of my nose. I grunt and ran down the hall way in search of Wendy. She couldn't have gone far, since I handcuffed her. But still, I have to catch her, she's the only lead I got so far. If she gets away, I'm back at square one.
