I can't explain the fear. I can't explain the panic. I can't explain the absolute terror that raced through my veins as my sister told me she was going to sacrifice herself to the devil.

"I have to pay for what I've done! I have to pay for abusing you! I have to!" Lily explained.

I couldn't speak. I was so shocked. I was enraged, but I couldn't let my sister die for what she did.

Lily cried as Lucy picked her up and dragged her towards the darkness. I kicked and screamed and tried to loosen the tight ropes around my limbs, but it was no use. I was stuck there, to let my sister die.

I sprang out of bed immediately after my eyes opened. I made my way to Lily's room to find it completely empty. There was no trace of Lily or Lucy.

I panicked. I didn't know how to save her. Lucy manipulated my dreams on purpose so I wouldn't be able to find them on my own. I had to do what Lily did, no matter how against it I was.

Mother and Lina were nowhere to be seen. Assuming they went to the park, I ran out of the house and to the only place I could think of. The barn.

Lily always went to the barn. It must've been where she and her friends performed rituals. I had no clue what I was doing, but I would do anything to save my sister.

The barn was creepy and eerily quiet. It relieved me that no one was inside. The door creaked as I pushed it open. The barn was empty, surrounded with hay, but I could feel the presence of many.

In the centre of the barn was a huge stack of hay, nearly half as tall as me. I stood on top of it and looked down.

"Lucy," I whispered, " Lucy..."

I stood there, whispering for about five minutes. Then I screamed.

"Lucy! Lucy! Lucy! Praise the one and only Lucifer!" I screamed.

I cringed at the sound of those words coming out of my mouth. A small breeze came through the doors that I left slightly open, until a monstrous gust of wind blew them shut, like God had sneezed on the opposite end of the room. The hay blew everywhere and grew into a tornado. Dust and hay blew all around me until a figure eventually emerged from it.

His skin was cherry red, dark and crimson. It looked like he had been skinned and all you saw was blood. He was dressed in a black pants and coat, torn and ragged. He wore no shoes or shirt. Two large horns protruded from his hairless head on either side. His face was horrifying. His sinister smile revealed every flesh tearing tooth in it's grotesque glory. His eyes were completely black and glimmered in the daylight. His hands were strong and his fingers possessed inch long razor sharp nails.

"Why would you praise me and not mean it?" he asked, cocking his head to the side. He was going to play games. "Am I not good enough for you?" his multiple whispering voices asked.

"Sir-"

"Please, " he interrupted, "call me Lucifer. You call my daughter by her name, don't you?" He cackled wickedly.

"You probably know what I want, then." I stated. I stood firm and tried ro hide the panic and anxiety I felt.

Everything could go wrong. He could kill me. I could die. Mother and Lina will never see me or Lily again. Lily will die. She'll become their soul servant. I can't let that happen!

"We're not too harsh on them." he announced. I glared at him in confusion. "Our 'soul servants'; we're not that harsh on them. All we do is torture them to the point where they wish they were alive so they could kill themselves!" He laughed again.

"You can read minds, too?" I asked, hatred seeping through my eyes.

"Sweetheart, I can see right through you, literally and figuratively." he eyed me.

I closed my eyes and tried to calm myself. I didn't want to do anything I would regret. I tried not to think about anything personal or important to me. One of them has manipulated me before, I wouldn't let it happen again.

"I want my sister back." I stated, hoping he would give me some way to find her. A riddle, maybe? But, no! He's the devil; what else should I have expected?

"Which one?" he asked. He made his eyes shine with fake innocence.

"What do you mean?" Even I could hear the panic in my voice.

"Did you not notice your mother and sister were gone," he laughed,"Wow, you really are new at this, aren't you?"

"Where the hell is my family?!" I screamed. I could feel my eyes stinging.

He cackled uncontrollably. "Hell!"
