Yn's Point Of View.

I waited anxiously with Calum and Ashton as Luke and Michael went out searching for the boys. I hoped deep down that they would find them and bring them here but remembering what Luke said a long time ago it's bad enough trying to protect you' I really doubted they would come back with my friends, I had hoped but something in my mind was telling me they would come back alone, I just hoped I was wrong.

"Yn" Calum spoke, breaking me away from my thoughts which I was grateful for really, I didn't want to think of Luke and Michael coming back without my friends. "Yeah?"

I looked at Calum, "I know you don't want to hear this but you need to realise that they might come back without your friends. You need to remember this island is full of vampires. The chances they're alive right now isn't very good. So if I were you, I wouldn't get your hopes up about seeing your friends again" He said.

Having my own doubts was bad enough but hearing what Calum said really hit home, what if I never got the chance to see my friends again because they died? Then what, what would happen to me? I couldn't live on an island filled with blood-hungry vampires not when I was the only person living and breathing and most of all had blood in my body, they craved dearly.

"Has there been many people here since you guys got here?" I ask, curiously. "There have been around three boats come before yours," Ashton said, speaking for the first time in a while. I noticed he was sat against one of the walls of the shack with his eyes closed.

"Oh right and they're all" "dead, yes" Calum cut me off before I could continue. I stayed silent thinking to myself after that, the one question that was bugging me was, why were they changed to vampires but all the other people were killed, blood sucked out of and disposed of somehow?

"Hey yn" Ashton called me, "yes Ashton?" I looked up and looked at him, his eyes were now open. "I have a question to ask," He said then paused waiting for my reaction I guess.

"What's your question?" I ask trying to get comfortable but I struggled this place wasn't the comfortable place I've ever been in. At least vampires didn't have to worry about being comfortable they can't feel anything.

"If it came to it and there wasn't anything else you could do, would you let one of us change you?" He asked I looked at him. "What do you mean, change me? How could you possibly change me?" I asked, then I realised what he was asking. If it came to it would I be willing to be changed by one of them, my answer I didn't know?

"I can't answer that because honestly, I don't know," I say looking forward. " I really don't think it would come to that, I mean I hope I will be at home soon," I say hearing a laugh from beside me.  I turned my head to see it was, in fact, Calum who had laughed. What was so funny? I thought to myself. I was about to open my mouth and ask him why he thought what I said was funny but I didn't when Michael returned without Luke or the boys.

I stood up, "Did you find them, Michael?" I ask quickly wanting to know if they had found Sonny and Josh. " Well you see, we kinder did but they aren't with me," He said before continuing. "Besides we weren't the only ones that found them," He said looking at the boys with a look that I didn't understand.

I looked at Ashton, then Calum to see they were looking straight at Michael. "Who else found them then? " I asked. "The Master and his 'followers'" Michael said.

I have heard the boys mention the master a couple of times previous to this occasion. However, when asked they would never talk about the master but I couldn't help being curious.

"Who is the master anyway? Why don't any of you talk about the master? Is the master bad?" I asked, loads of questions my curiosity taking over. " Is the Master bad, he's worse than bad, YN. Why do you think he's the master, he's in charge of all the vampires on this island" Ashton said.
