Chapter 7

Jeon Jungkook POV

I'm so confused. Why was Song Jihye talking to me? She never talks to anyone.

I was starting to feel suspicious of her. Wait a minute Jungkook, don't assume things.

As we walked into the canteen, I saw a huddle of people around Jimin, the schools kingka. He looked up and saw us, but started smirking once his eyes landed on Jihye.

Turning to face her, I saw her face harden. Huh? What's going on?

I stood quietly watching as Jihye started to walk towards the crowd. It didn't take her long until all eyes were on her. The students faces were horrible. They showed true hatred on their faces.

Behind Jihye, Chaeyeon approached her. She was the schools queenka and was known for not very respectable things. Chaeyeon walked in fury towards her and shouted something at her.

Bwo? Is it true? Jihye slept with Chanwoo, Chaeyeon's boyfriend?

I was so engrossed into the drama that I continued to keep staring at the two females.

"You really think I'm a slut?" Jihye lowly replied. Her voice seemed like daggers. It was aa if she threw daggers at Chaeyeon. And Chanyeon, had unfortunately not blocked them.

"Are you dissing me?"

"No, I'm just stating what I see." Jihye ended her statement with a sly smile before walking away from the furious Chaeyeon.

The whole canteen had gotten quiet after the encounter. No one dared to talk or move.

Chaeyeon was still furious and had moved along towards her boyfriends lunch table. He was talking to his friends before an arm had flown across his face.

Everyone gasped, including me. Chanwoo's cheek was stained light pink and he looked up to find a crying Chaeyeon.

"I hate you so much for that,"

"I hate you so much."

"You slept with a slut and didn't even apologize to me when the news broke out."

"All the other grades knew but you didn't do anything about it. You know what? Fuck you."

Chaeyeon ended with another slap to his face. He watched her silently leave, speechless.
