Chapter 1

Third Person POV

"Attention students and staff, second year student named Kim Chungwon has gone missing. Please pray for his safety and report to the police if you have any idea of his whereabouts." The loud speaker rang out to the school.

The deadly silence that took over the whole entire school was replaced with a grunt. It had been the fifth time recently that a student had gone missing.

In a certain classroom, only one student did not grunt. They were shocked and amazed by the information that was reported as if it was not important.

"Shut your mouth before Mrs. Kwon will shut it for you." A remark echoed into the students head. Turning around to face his partner, he nodded and gulped.

"How are you not saddened by the news?" The shocked student asked suddenly after a long pause.

The other student did not move. He simply stared into the scared ones dark brown eyes. It seemed as if he was thinking. Thinking of a way to answer his question.

After another brief pause, he responded.

"Because I know why they keep disappearing."

"H-how would y-you know?"

"Someone you think you know isn't who they say they are."

The relaxed student stood up from his seat in the middle of the lesson and walked out of the classroom with his book bag.

"Kim Namjoon!" Mrs Kwon yelled in anger as she watched his figure disappear as he made a sharp turn to the right and left to the halls.

Finally gathering his senses, the scared student raised his hand. He was still shocked about what Namjoon had said whilst his fingers were shaking.

"Yes Jeon Jungkook?" The teacher acknowledged his raising of his hand.

"May I please use the restroom?" He tried his best to not sound like he was scared.

With a quick nod of agreement, Jungkook made his way out of his seat and out of the classroom.

He made his way quickly towards the same hall that he sensed Namjoon passed by. He was being too reckless to see that he bumped into someone who fell onto the cold ground with much impact.

He froze in his tracks. His instincts made him bow without looking at who it was that he pushed down accidentally. Finally, he looked down and saw that it was a young girl that he pushed.

"Mianhe Song Jihye." He mumbled while bowing. Jungkook knew the girl. She was the smartest girl in their school. She rarely talked though, so he did not know what her voice sounded like.

The girl looked up at Jungkook. Her icy white hair covered her face and instead of responding, she just simply nodded her head in acknowledgement.

Jihye stood up and walked about slowly while Jungkook stood watching her until she left his sight. She was an interesting person.

Jungkook soon finally cleared his mind and rushed back towards remembering what his mission was; find Kim Namjoon.
