Ryen's P.O.V.

I tensed, ready to fight.

My stomach tied into a knott as I got nervouse.

The whistle was blown, and we were off!

I morphed and flew to the crystal blue sky.

I watched as Trey morphed into a gigantic lion, and watched me from the grass below, steps away from a pond.

I had to think of my disadvantages.

Well, I am weaker.

I can't do as much damage, but I am faster, and more resourceful.

My ears picked every sound and my eyes saw all the battles in great detail.

I saw Lucy and Dylan facing off, a wolf and a platypus!

Oh dear.

I swooped down and clawed at lions face.

He simply swatted me away with just a flick of his large furry paw.

I gained my balance again, straightening out my wings, and began darting in and out of the lion's reach.

He began swatting at me, never actually hitting me.

I could see that he was getting frustrated kneeding the ground with his claws, tearing up little bits of grass.

His weakness! He has no patience!!! I thought excitedly.

I flew under his stomach and scratched at his belly.

He roared a nerve racking roar at me.

I flew and plucked out a few delecate whiskers.

He roared once again.

I landed at the base of the scratchy palm tree and waited.

Trey came dashing at me, blind in his anger.

Before he could lay a paw on me, I darted into the air.

I screeched my victory.

His head flew into the trea making it shake.

I landed on a branch and peered down at the lion.

He wobbled around trying to get up, before colapsing under his weight and staying still.

He was out!

I screeched my victory once more.

My wings flapped carrying me back into the sky and I screached my victory for everyone to hear.

I had defeated him.

"Wow! I can't believe you did that! I'm so happy for you!" Dylan wapped her arms around my neck giving me a breath-stopping hug.

"Congratulations," Treys cold voice stated from behind Dylan.

His eyes cold as eyes maing shivers go down my fear-stricken spine.

I managed to break free from the hug soon enough to see Trey mouth the words...

'This isn't over,' before taking Dylan by the waist and pulling her towards him.

He kissed her softly and I turned around, knowing she wasn't paying attention.

Fear overtook my body as I raced back to my dorm, not bothering to stop anywhere.

Because the fact was, I knew Trey wasn't lieing.
