The Jellystone is a legendary..crown. whoever wear it will become the most powerful creature both in land and water. But only the one with a royal power can hold it.. Hikaruz is not one of the creatures in the ocean who belong in the royal circle. HES just an Ordinary fisherman.. who got his power from A powerful meteor That happens to fall during the supermoon that accured in 2034!!
