"Haha! Suck it!"

"In your dreams Beach!"

"Last kill! In yo face!" I stick my tongue out and throw the controller at Bentley's face. When we were younger we always played Halo or Call of Duty until his parents dragged him out of my house.

Bentley:" Oh Hell no! You just tried to ruin my gorgeous face!"

"Maybe I did, maybe I didn't?" I pick up the pillow and throw it at his face and make a run for it. I step out of the doorway and get yanked on the ground. Bentley starts to tickle me and I laugh uncontrollably.

Me:"Bent-ley! Sto-p-p right now!"

"Wow looks like someone is finally getting some action." I hear a snarky voice say and Bentley stops and I sit upright to see who it is.

"Really Avery? Can you not be a bitch for two seconds?" I roll my eyes and scrunch my nose up

Avery:" Hey Bentley! You should like totally come to my party on Friday! Its going to be amazing." There she goes bringing out her skank face that no boy can not resist. First, she starts by batting her eyelashes, then goes to the random "sexy" poses. I swear that girl is going to be on a street corner one day.

Bentley:" Sure, sounds cool, can Finny come?" He turns back and winks at me knowing I hate that nickname.

Avery:" I guess she can come." She sighs and leaves unhappily.

Me:" So, I'm going on a date tonight."

Bentley:" Really? Who would want to go out with you?"

Me:"Oh shut up! Come on just smile and be overjoyed for me!"

Bentley:"Nah, I think I will just be unhappy here."

Me:"Fine then get out. Take your unhappy ass somewhere else." I point my finger to my door and he mumbled a few words and left. I wasn't going to have him ruin my mood. Tonight was going to be great.

I walked downstairs to meet Jace at the gate when some one put their hand in my face.

"Where do you think you are going?"

"Dad, I'm going out like every normal teenager."  I responded too quickly and with an attitude, I really need to think before I speak.

Dad:"No need to be a smart ass about it, I was just asking, go on." I duck under his arm and walk out the door.

Me:"Where are we going? Are you going to murder me? Oh god, this is going to be a episode of Criminal Minds isn't it?"

Jace:"Will you shut up! I'm not going to kill you, its a surprise." I shake my head trying to scratch my eyebrow with the blindfold.

I woke up this morning

With a grudge the size of a short story

Oh I feel

I feel so low

I hear the vocalist harmonizing with a raspy voice. Jace untied the blindfold and we were standing in a café with those little cakes and coffee. The singer was on the small stage with a guitar. I looked up and was speechless.

Let me start at the end

The part I haven't figured out yet

He finishes his set and I walk up to him and hug him.

"Declan, I didn't know you can sing like that!"

Declan:"Well obviously, you shouldn't have been here." He rub the back of his neck and his face reddened. I wonder what's got him so worked up.

Me:"Why? Is this where you get all the girls to fall in love with you?" I smile and punch him in the arm.

We continue talking and I don't even notice when Jace leaves. I guess I should've been more considerate but he was annoying during Declan's set, he kept talking and laughing. I could really care less.
