“Bentley stop!” I screamed. Bentley walk over angrily to Hunter and punched him. Next thing I know they were on the ground fist fighting. Robert Quinn and one of the waiters break them up.
“You son of a bitch! You left her all alone when she needed you most! I had to pick up the pieces when you left!” Bentley shouted for the whole town to hear.
Me: “Bentley, come on he is not worth it.” I whispered and grab his shirt to try and get him in the car.
I start driving to my house, so that Bentley could cool down and I could get him some ice. I can’t believe Hunter just showing up like that. Hunter is my twin, when our Dad left, Hunter grew cold, until one day he left and never came back. I was seven, he broke my Moms heart, she has never been the same since, and neither have I. Nine years later he decides to come back? Hell no, I swore if he ever came back I would never forgive him.
We got home and Bentley stormed up to my room as I got some ice from the kitchen.
“Nemo why does Bentley look pissed?”
Me: “We ran into someone.”
Dad: “Who?”
Me: “Hunter...”
Dad: “I thought he was gone forever, how does he look?”
Me: “He is a class A jerk and he looks okay. Well I’m going to give Bent this.”
That was weird my Father being curious about his son that left him. I brought the bag of ice to Bentley and he put it on his cheek. I sat down at my desk and began thinking.
Bentley: “Whatcha thinking about Finny?”
Me: “Why would he come back? Just for me to relive the pain?”
Bentley: “He is screwed up, promise me you will stay away from him?”
Me: “Most defiantly, you want me to kick your butt in Call of Duty?”
“You’re on.”
We played Call of Duty until Bentley fell asleep and I crawled into bed and fell asleep.
I walk into school and see Declan making out with one of his one night stands.
I pretend to cough and say “Manwhore.” As I walk by. He stops and looks at me and coughs “Bitch.” We both smile as his girl stomps away because she’s not getting any more attention.
Declan: “So how does it feel to be the only girl that hasn’t gotten in my pants?”
Me: “I seriously will vomit on your face, never going to happen, bad boy.”
Declan: “C’mon Finnley, you know you want this.” He rubs his abs and winked at me. I shrug and punched him in the shoulder. He puts his arm around my shoulders, like usual, and we walk to class.
