Family Meeting

The Holburn Team gather in the living room for tonight's Family Meeting. A lot has been happening within the family since the Masquerade Party on Friday and they have a lot to discuss.

"Okay. We have a lot to get through tonight and I know we are all tired from the the events of the past few days so let's have our individual cheek in's first. Elijah?" Quintin asks

"Everything is fine my end. I have had a lot of interest in the new designs I've made so business is steady"

"Good. Matteo?"

"Fine. My mother is doing well and the restaurant is making a profit. She intends to visit this year before Christmas and my Father is nowhere to be seen" Matteo advises.

"It will be lovely to see her. Angus?"

"Fine. Nothing new to report. My classes are going well" he states cracking his knuckles.

"Are you remembering to take your tablets?" Quintin asks concerned.

"I'm not new to this Quintin. It's a daily routine so yes I've been taking them. I'm more agitated because I'm worked up that's all"

"We just want to make sure you are alright"

"I know" Angus says sheepishly.

"Murray? How's things with you and work?"

"I'm fine, work is going well. I've formatted a new game it's with the reviewers just now just waiting to hear their thoughts"

"Thank you for sharing that with us. Does anyone else wish to add anything" Quintin asks his brothers but they all shake their heads.

"Okay assignments? We only have one running just now apart from favours that have been called in at times. Matteo and Angus how are things progressing?"

"The card Charlotte gave us was interesting. She said it was Harry's number but it's not the one we contact him on so that's been passed on and we will take guidance on how they want us to proceed. Other than that there hasn't been much movement. He's certainly not running the big operation he's as thick as shit but possibly a smaller side to it but we've yet to meet or find any leads for who the big boss is or where he is getting his supply from but we will check out this Big Ron that Charlotte told us about and the email address she passed on" Angus informs. The team nod in understanding.

"Okay well let us know if there is anything we can do to provide you with support. If no one has any other Academy issues I would like to discuss Charlotte" Quintin informs his team. "It has come to my attention that more than one of us is interested in perusing a relationship with her is this correct?"

Looking around the room his brothers give him nods of agreement while others look uncomfortable. "If you are interested in something more than friendship with Miss Tucker raise your hand" looking at the room every hand is in the air.

"Okay. Now the issue that we have is that we don't even know if she is going to let us anywhere near her with the way she left us today but should she agree to come back to us how do you think we should proceed? I do not wish for this family to break apart because we become jealous when she chooses one of us over another or she may not be interested at all. We would need to be completely sure that we could handle the rejection and still feel capable of being together at the end of it." Quintin warns.
