Sadly, I have never played an instrument. I once tried to learn piano...but that lasted about a week.

I don't know if playing handbells in a church choir counts as an instrument? I did that for a year or two in my early teens, until the choir director had the religious equivalent of a nervous breakdown and quit.

Anyway.

(Have some squee-worthy Brando before we move on...)

I can tell you my favorite songs, though. So life isn't a total loss:

1. Don't You Forget About Me by Simple Minds

Whenever this song is on its volUME TIME

2. Blue Suede Shoes by Elvis Presley

I have an undying love for this boy and his music.

3. Tomatoes by Shane Koyczan

I adore basking in the narrative of this one and it always makes me cry. I get it Shane. I get it.

4. Our Demons by The Glitch Mob

No list of mine would be complete without some dubstep madness. This song is a new obsession for me. I may have to vid it to get it out of my system.

5. Dogsbody by 10,000 Things

Remember this leather looker?

Yeah, well, he sings - or rather sang as a greasy youth. And this one song will forever be my fist-shaking anthem for all those shittastic employers I've endured.

I have many, many more favorite songs, but these are the ones that come to mind when you say "choose NOW." And I love them unconditionally, no matter the remix.
