Chapter 12 - New Friends?

(Y/N) POV: 

"Who are you?" asks the girl, as the boy gets ready to fight (as do I, but to make sure they don't know I secretly grab my knife).

"I could ask you the same question," I say to them, crossing my arms, "and why you are here?"

"We are here to see our friends," the girls replies crossing her arms as well. Friends? Wait are they friends with my brothers?  I thought they weren't allowed to be seen by others?

"You know my brothers?" I ask, raising my eyebrow.

"Who are your brothers?" this time it's the boy who speaks.

"Leo, Raph, Donnie and Mikey," I answer, still not exactly sure whether I should trust them.

"The turtles are your brothers?" They both shout, obviously shocked. I nod and reply with:

"Long story,"they nod, understandingly.

"I'm April by the way, and this is-" April is cut off by the boy, as he walks over to me (quicker than I can blink) and grabs my hand.

"Jones, Casey Jones. And what's your name, babe?" he tries to flirt and kiss my hand but I move my hand away - disgusted.

"Don't call me that. And my name is (Y/N). How did you guys- Wait, one second," I stop realising that they the guys don't know that they are here, "LEO, RAPH, DONNIE, MIKEY!!! TWO PEOPLE ARE HERE TO SEE YOU!!" I shout making sure they heard me, and it causes April and Casey to cover their ears.

"Loud enough, (Y/N)?" Casey says, and I snap my head back towards him.

"Shut up...Casey, was it?" I question him, pretending to forget his name so he would stop messing with me. It doesn't work.

"The only and only babe," he answers with going to kiss my hand again. This time I don't stop him by moving his hands away. This time I punch him in the face causing him to fall to the floor.

"Call me that again, and I swear I will hit you so hard, it will make your ancestors dizzy!" I yell at him; he is really getting annoying and I've only known him for a few minutes. I see April try not to laugh as Casey groans in pain - I smile in victory.

"You are definitely related to Raph," April tells me, smiling.

"What about me?" Raph asks as he walks in.

"I was just saying how you can tell that (Y/N) is related to you," April informs Raph.

"How can you tell?"Mikey now asks as he enters the room. April went to explain further when Donnie walked in.

"(Y/N) who-oh. H-hi April," he stutters, he soooo likes her. 

"Hi Donnie," she smiles back to him. And she soooo likes him. Now what to do? Tease them about it, or help them? Nah, I think I'll just leave it how it is, let them two sort it out. I know, I'm cruel. Just then Leo walks in and says hello to April. No one sees Casey still on the floor, until he starts standing back up.

"Casey? Why were you on the floor?" Mikey asks, confused (like the others are).

"Take a wild guess," he says before looking at me, causing my brothers' attentions to be on me as well. Once they all understand what happened, they look disappointed in me and slightly angry (except Donnie, he's kind of alright with it). Ah so it's a love triangle, awesome! 

"Hey, he kept calling me 'babe' and tried to kiss my hand. Twice! How was I supposed to react?" I defend myself, then my brothers look angry at Casey.

"I was only saying hello," he lies. Great so he's a liar now too.

"And FLIRTING!!" Both me and April scream at the same time. We look at each other and laugh.

"Hey want to be best friends?" April asks me, I like her already, so I say:

"Sure. I'd love to be best friends with you. You seem like a really cool person,"

"So do you," April replies. (A/N: I know that it may seem a bit soon and not very detailed, but I can't think what else to put, so sorry)Then we carry on with the situation with Casey.

"I was not flirting," he says.

"Was too," we say at the same time again; not realising this time though.

"Wasn't," he tries to lie again. Arghh. He's so annoying.

"Yes you were so stop lying," again we say this at the same time, but we still don't notice.

"Could you two stop that?" Donnie says, pointing to me and April.

"Stop what?" Again at the same time. 

"That" he points out, not giving us much to go on.

"It is a little creepy," Raph joins in.

"I know right," Leo agrees. This is getting so irritating, couldn't they just say what is wrong.

"It's just weird," says Mikey.

"Yeah, no kidding," Casey now says. 

"What is creepy and weird?" at the same time once again.

"YOU TWO TALKING IN SYNC!!" This time it is the boys' turn to shout.

"Oh, well you could have just said that," I tell them.

"Ye, how were we supposed to know what you meant?" April asks.

"We're not mind readers you know," I say. Clearly it is annoying them, but they could have been at more open about the situation. They all face-palm, and me and April smirk. Mission accomplished, I think to myself, and I think April is thinking a similar thing. 

I begin to walk out of the lair, only to be stopped by Leo's voice.

"Where do you think you're going?" He questions me.

"Urm, up top. Out into the sunlight," I state, "you coming April?" She nods and begins to follow me. This time Donnie stops us.

"Are you sure that's a good idea?" clearly concerned about what we were about to do.

"Well, it's daytime so the gangs don't tend to be out this early. And, no offence but, unlike you we are humans we can go out into the open," I tell them. And they know I am right and that they can't stop me. So I smile, knowing I've won the battle, and we walk out again. As we get further away, I hear Leo's voice shout:

"Be back by 8:30 latest." 

"Overprotective," I sing quietly, but loud enough for April to hear, making her laugh.

I am currently writing the next chapter now, so don't worry this isn't it for today. Just to let u know, I might have moved the latest chapters about to make the story-line easier to understand. I will add a chapter 13, that is the one I am working on now.

Those of u who have messaged me for characters, I don't know when I will include them but it should be too far into the book.
