You Must Understand

Identification

To survive, you must observe and learn. I can make this simpler and easier.

There are; Inmates, Punishers, Informants, Guards, Monitors, Spectators and the Organisation. The Inmates are  easily identified, there is no explanation needed. The Guards patrol and are always in neutral. They were a black uniform, they are armed and you will feel their presence. You can see their faces. The Monitors will be hard to notice and even harder to identify as you may not always see them. Their appearance is not always certain so do not fixate on it. Spectators are watching from screens. When you meet one in person, you can tell they are Spectators by the knowledge they hold in their eyes. They've seen what you have seen and more. They have discussed it, thought about it, they are knowledgeable. The Informants won't always speak. You will never see their entire face. Their voice will be masked, it will not be their true voice. They dress in suits. The Punishers wear complete black and their faces are covered by masks of their choosing. You will feel their presence. Their dominance, their sadistic aura and their need to torture. The Organisation needs no explanation nor has one.

This may change. Do not fixate. Adapt. However it has been true for my seven years. Identifying the differences makes survival easier. It also means that you know what is wrong, who is not meant to be. Do not mistake them for Monitors. They have no classification. They have no explanation. They are random. They do not fit the regulatory. In the Organisation, rules and schedules are key. They like format. They do not approve random occurrences. Be cautious.

You know my schedule by now. Think of your own schedule. Adapt it. Change it. Analyse it. Make note of the schedules of your associates, if you have associated. Think of why your own schedule changes. Notice when and why someone else's changes. Always analyse your surroundings. 

Survival is not always enough. Some people do not see the point in survival if it means not living. I agree and disagree at the same time. Make your own choice. You can change your decisions. You are adaptable. You must be.

Survival is mostly mental. You will not suffer from bruises or marks, they make sure you always heal, unless it is caused by an Inmate. When punished and tortured in Rehabilitation, you are patched up afterwards. This is so you don't die as well as so that you may continue your Rehabilitation. Your body will adapt. You must mentally adapt.

Do you understand?

The stress and importance is key. Read this as if it were the word of your God. Read it as if your existence depends on it. It will help you accept and understand. It'll help with the choices you make. Sometimes there is no right choice. Sometimes the choices are both right or both wrong. Sometimes they have no significance.

This vague cryptic writing should help you survive. You should understand what I mean, you should be accustomed to how I write. You may be questioning if me writing this counts as a strike. It is a form of communication. So why is this permitted?

It is becoming difficult to be vague but it is for the best. It will benefit you more. You should learn for yourself as time goes on, come to understand what it is that I mean. Do not try to make an image out of me. I should not be in your thoughts. My words are what's important. You must understand that. Inmates serve you no importance, it is their actions that effect you.

Apply what I tell you to everything. You should notice how repetitive and scattered my subject topics are. How I introduce new topics, how I leap back to previous topics. It replicates a brain storm, a thought process. That is because all topics can be applied to everything and everything can be applied to every topic. Everything is linked and irrelevant simultaneously. It may be easy to comprehend. You may never understand. I do not know you. I do not know what you are capable of, what you can do nor what you have done. None of it matters to me. It is what you do, what you must do, that is key.

Survival is about staying alive. But you cannot survive if you do not adapt and learn. Adapting and learning makes you wiser, you'll learn new skills, you'll have a different though process. You will change. You will become a new person entirely. Do not fixate on who you once was, that person would not survive, that is why you killed them. You have already killed yourself. You are reborn. That takes time, be proud of the new you. Do not try to change to become like the old you. Do not be held back by previous morals or thoughts or beliefs. You have changed with reason. Even if you no longer understand or remember that reason. Even if you believe it was the wrong change, the wrong choice. You must never go back. Do not fixate on the past.
