You Must Understand

Transition

My transition period is almost over. After transition I go into training, and from there into briefing before I get sent into the field.

I have learned of few other sections. There is a section that focusses on research, a section on education and a section on creation. You can assume what you want from the names of those sections as will I because I have no further knowledge.

Fighters do not go near the section on Education or Creation. We are part of the destructive section. We sometimes will work with a few from the Research department. Investigators or Writers. For we sometimes need to protect the former, make sure they are safe when entering new environments, and the latter tend to use us as muses or they will interview us for non-fictional works. The fiction goes off to be published in the real world. The non-fiction is purely for the Organisation.

Each section has a leader, and their own management department. The leaders run the Organisaton together as a form of government. There is no president or prime minister. Nothing that could turn into a dictator. The power is equally shared. However the leader for the prison and institutive department has turned his work, his position into a game. His section itself is a massive game that I played in, one that you will begin to play in. The other leaders cannot interfere for their is no easy solution.

If you wish to take down the Organisation, I suggest you do so by infiltrating. Join the Organisation and earn your rank. Become a leader, replace the prison leader. You will understand that taking it down would be catastrophic. But changing the way it is run will be beneficial.

I feel as though I am missing something. Something important that I must pass on. But I cannot remember so you must do without total knowledge. It would be wise to burn this immediately after you have finished it. Memorise it the first time. Because if they find this they will most likely kill you and attempty to capture me. If you are Special, they will not kill you unless completely necessary.

In my chapter on Identification, I should have mentioned Special. There is not much to say about us. Each case is different and hard to identify. If you think you can identify them you either are one yourself or your thinking too much.

If you believe this is complex, well. I'm not sure. You are either smart and highly able to survive or you will die in the next week. I believe I am repeating myself on some subjects and even changing my views and my perspective. That is because I am flexible. I adapt to my surroundings which are ever changing. In one environment I will make a statement. If I revisit that environment I will make the same statement. Learn from this.

Because I am still living and no one else will attempt to help you. We are all selfish and wanting to help ourselves, people will use you. I am using you. But I am using you for company, to not go about this alone. This is the second to last chapter. I predict that you will not find me for several years. I also predict you will find me but without knowledge that it is me. That you have continued the purpose but forgotten about the person.

I could be wrong. You will surprise me if I am incorrect.

Regardless. This is the second to last chapter. Meaning I have little knowledge left to give but also little space to write it. I will regret that I cannot keep this ongoing because there is so much that I do not know but I need to tell it to you anyway.

Remember the knowledge I have given you but also what I have not given you. I have not yet told you about each wing or each work station or each section. By the time I write my next chapter I will hopefully have more knowledge. I will tell you all I know, but even then that is not sufficient. Do not get cocky with this knowledge. You still lack experience. You know of different situations because of what you have been told but you have never been in those situations. You need the experience. Don't run into battle blind.

If you choose to treat this as a videogame, remember you have one life and that there is no such thing as respawning. The ingame characters, which would be the Guards, Monitors, Informants etc. will not always act the same and are rarely predictable. They are not ordinary ingame characters, that is because they are real humans. However you must choose a mindset that will aid to your survival. The best method is the use of a switch. Turn it on to enter survival mode, killer mode, or whatever mode is needed. Then turn it off to return to being yourself. That way you do not feel as though you have lost yourself. There are more parts to you than you think, you must accept them all.

I am adding a new mode to my mindset, a new skill for my character, a new part of me. Fighter. Because this transitional period is almost over, I must adapt to being a different person. Before I go into training I must accept being this Fighter.

After this period I can no longer write. In other words, once I find out more information, information that will be of good use to you, I will no longer be able to write.

This is good luck to you and me both. Because your transitional period, of wing nine to wing one, is also, almost over.
