Chapter 18

Leia's POV

When we got home it was awkward my parents wernt talking to me. They wont even listen to me.

"Im going to Granny's." I say.

They said nothing so I went anyways and saw Clay sitting down at table.

"Leia hey about last time." He says.

"Forget it." I say.

"Look I really want to be your friend. I dont want to be an enemy." He says.

"Yeah okay. I dont want to be an enemy with you either." I say.

"Cool. Wanna sit?" He asks.

"Sure." I say.

"Hey Lei." Jenson says.

"Hey its nice to see you." He says.

"Yeah you too." I say.

"So is there something going on with you and Ryder?" He asks.

"What Ryder and I? Theres no Ryder and I." I say.

"Really I thought there was something happening between you two." He says.

"Leia! Its your mom." Ryder says walking in.

"What about my mom?" I ask.

"She passed out. Your dad told me to get you." He says.

"Thanks for letting me know." I say.

"I'll take you." Ryder says.

"Thanks." I say.

"Yeah nothing going on." Jenson says and walked away.

"What was that about?" Ryder asks me.

"I dont know. Take me to my mom." I say.

We went into the hospital and my grandma came over to me.

"Your mom is fine. She is in room 243." She tells me.

"Well thank you. I should go." I say.

"Dont you want to see her?" She asks me.

"No. She got mad at me for something I didnt do and she didnt listen to me." I say.

"Umm okay. What happened to Miss.Swan?" Ryder asks.

"Oh um she was dehydrated and in the sun all day nothing big. Leia please go see her. They are going to let her out soon go and show her you came." My grandma says.

I took a moment and then walked to where the room was. I looked inside and saw my dad holding her hand and she was happy. I was about to go in when I saw Graham headed out the exit. I walked back out to the waiting area grabbed Ryder and took him outside.

"Umm how'd it go?" He asks.

"I didnt talk to her. I saw Graham and Im sure he was watching me." I say.

"Okay . Well did you tell your family about the new person after you and that its possibly him?" He asks.

"No Im waiting for the right time." I lie.

"Your not gonna tell them are you?" He asks.

"They dont even believe me about what happened out there. Why should I tell them?" I ask.

"Because if you dont you'll get hurt." He says.

"So. Better me then them." I say.

"Leia promise me you wont do this alone." He says.

"Okay I'll tell them when this fight calms down." I lie.

"Leia I mean it." He says.

"Okay I'll tell them." I say.

"Tell us what?" My mom asks.

Everyone was behind her and they all were looking at me. There was no way out now. Oh dear god.
