Get Together(Jeffmads)

"Hey who decided to invite Jefferson!" Hamilton said once he opened the door.

"Number 1, this is our party," Angelica replied gesturing to her sisters, "And number 2 Thomas isn't that bad."

"Besides, Madison's with him so he's mostly chaotic good." Peggy said from the back of the room.

Jefferson smirked as he walked in, James at his side. Peggy was showing Herc something on her phone, Burr was texting someone(probably Theo), Eliza, John, and Laf were laughing at something, and Alex was still grumbling about Jefferson's arrival.

"Oh c'mon Hammy I know you love me!" Thomas expressed.

"No, that's Madison's job."

Thomas glared and noticed James trying to hide his blushing. They sat in the center of the living room, making a circle of sorts.

"So are you guys a thing or?..." Herc questioned.

"They better be because I'm sick of their constant flirting!" Laf added.

Thomas made a face and was about to protest, but Eliza said:

"Yeah it's been two weeks of this, I called it the 'second romantic awakening'."

"Give us some cringe-worthy examples!" Peggy demanded.

"Not helping!" Thomas bellowed, as he tried to change the subject.

"Oh sit around children because man' do I have stories for you." Angelica commanded.

Much to Jefferson's horror, everyone dropped what they were doing and turned to Angelica.

"Please don't." Madison whined, flustered.

Angelica ignored him.

"There was that time last week in the library..."

"Ugh I thought for sure I had Hamilton beat." Thomas jeered.

"You've been complaining about your debate loss for a while now, stop being a baby." Angelica replied.

"I just thought I had it in the bag!" Thomas asserted, "I'm beginning to question my judgement..."

Madison, from the back of the library, chimed in:

"I'm beginning to question my sexuality."

He didn't even look up from his book and had a complete straight face.

"Whhhaaat?" Thomas said.

"What?" Madison said, pretending to be oblivious.

"Our dear Madison actually said that?" Laurens asked in between laughs.

The whole room seemed to be laughing at Angelica's story, and James just blushed deeper.

"We've taught him well!" Herc exclaimed, high-fiving Laurens.

"Oh! Oh! I've got one!" Peggy declared, coming to the center of the room where Angelica had been standing.

"No please, I beg of you." This time it was Thomas.

Peggy ignored his begs.

"This one was like, three days ago, at the coffee shop..."

"His essay was like, four pages longer!" Thomas marvelled to Peggy, "And it was sooooooo much better than mine."

The two had ran into each other while getting coffee, and Thomas was talking about the history assignment Madison and most of the squad had to do.

"It obviously wasn't as long as Hamilton's," He gushed, "But it was just as good."

"He's something special" Thomas muttered under his breath.

"Aww, you are too you know." Peggy responded.

"Relax, I'm not jealous, just very gay."

Peggy choked on her coffee.

The whole room was filled with howls from that one.

"The fact that you felt the need to clarify that," Alex said, rolling his eyes.

Thomas was glaring at everyone over the teasing and James sunk deeper into embarrassment. Somewhere in the mess though, their hands had intertwined.

"Your one to talk, Hamilton." Thomas retorted.

The laughing died down a little, and Thomas prayed for the subject to change.

"Wait, wait," James said, "Eliza called it the second awakening... so what was the first?"

Everyone nodded in agreement and looked at Eliza for the answer.

"Oh that's easy," She said smirking, "It's the one and only-"

"You wouldn't," John playfully hissed.

But by then everyone already knew what she was going to say.

"Pre-Alex and John was ze worst. " Laf agreed.

The room grew louder with everyone's groans from remembering the time.

"Shut up." John grumbled.

"Not so fun with the short end of the stick, huh?" Madison teased with a raised eyebrow.

Hercules quieted everyone down and made his way center stage. Alex started to protest.

"Guys no that's enough we get it-"

"Oh sit around children because man' do I have stories for you..."
