There's No Such Thing as Normal

"So you really don't mind me staying here till my parents come home" I asked softly even though it was new day.

I was eating breakfast aka oatmeal and toast. Eric was leaning against the fridge drinking coffee and looked at me with tried look on his face.

"My parents have a thing and I don't know mind. I think the others will stay here too..." he shrugged voice sound weird sense he was not awake yet. He went on talking

"I called the others already but told them not to call Tony or Ronny they will be here in hour" he pushed himself off the fridge and started to make breakfast. I nodded and left the room to go take shower and get dress.

He lived in much bigger house tan me and it was weird that our parents left us along for so long. We were neither type for having parties or people over but something was wrong of course.

I went to the guest room to find Shadow playing with something. I sat down on the bed nibbled my lip. Already texted my family about where I was. I said friend not saying who. My mom was just happy I had friends. Well on bright side she didn't change.

I pet shadow till I got up and grabbed some clothes. I head to the bathroom to take shower. I locked the door and it wasn't long before I heard my friends.. well I guess you can friends voices. Some of them yelling and one person skipping.

I had feeling it was Tara. I heard someone talking in bad French accent. I got dress after drying and open the door slowly.

Everyone seem to be in their own rooms for now. I quietly went to mine to put clothes away and peaked my head out again.

"GHOST GIRL" Tara said behind me as I excited my room and I jumped. Okay I jumped and screamed.

"TARA' I groaned well she laughed. I gave her my best glare but didn't work. I kept my hand on my heart for moment before looking at her fully confused.

"Ghost girl" I asked eyebrow raised once I calmed myself. She gave me the biggest grin and poked me. Her bad French accent never going okay.

"Ghost girl, you are basically a ghost when you turn whatever" she shrugged like it wasn't weird at all. I just started at her like she lost her mind and she poked me.

"Chase do you even blink' she asked slipping into Russian accent.

"Yes" I said slowly and raised my eyebrow still at her. She shakes her head changing her hair to blue pixie cut and put her arm around my shoulder.

"Now we both have our hair colored" she grinned at me and then pulled me down the hall to large room where everyone else was.

"Okay now you are just confusing me" Jay said poking her and then grabbing a drink.

"So what exactly happen " Jay sitting next to Eric as Ronny took her seat. I followed suit and sat down on big white chair and shadow jumped into my lap. He lay down and started to purr. I smiled softly and petted him a little while I looked up at the group.

"Should I tell them or" I asked looking at Eric who gave me it happen to you so you should tell them kind of look. I hugged shadow carefully and nibbled my lip for moment before speaking yet again.

'There's something you should know about Ronny" I started out and Jay looked at me weird.

"What do you mean" he asked confused and just wanting me to get the point.

'I'm not sure if she Ronny but she's been working with Tony and his boss for a while now. She never came back and we went to her mom's...she said that Ronny was dead.. they didn't find her body but..." I trained off after shock expression from Jay and what the heck expression from Tara.
