Chapter 10
Jayden's POV
I woke up in a big room, feeling quite relaxed. It took me a few seconds to realize I was in my room. I had slept really well considering what happened yesterday. All I remember was walking away from Zach, finding my dad, and meeting new people. I hadn't seen Jake all night since I left him.
"Hey J, wakey wakey!" Zach's voice jingled from the other side of the door. He had been knocking for god knows how long, but I guess I didn't notice at all.
"You've got a big day waiting for you!" I grumbled and threw a pillow at the door. "Get your lazy ass up before I knock down the door! I'm serious, I will."
For the sakes of my door, I got up and slipped on some clothes. My brown hair was a tangled mess, but I really didn't care. I opened the door only to be greeted with a bright smile and a dozen of dark blue roses. I gasped, they were my favorite. Zach grinned as he read my mind.
"Come on, head over to the bathroom and get ready. We're goin out, and I won't bring you outside like that!" He pointed to my bedhead. I stared at him in confusion.
"Um...We? Excuse moi? I never agreed to this." I looked at him annoyed. Now he thinks he can just take me somewhere whenever and wherever he wants?
"Oh, but your daddy did. His exact words were 'that would be perfect!' So you are coming with me whether you like it or not." He gave another one of his infamous grins. I just shook my head. I can't refuse him now.
"Great, so come on. Go, go, go." He urged, pushing me towards the bathroom.
Zach's POV
Oh my god! This is so boring. How long does it take for her to comb her hair?? I've been like waiting for 30 minutes. This girl has problems. I move my head side to side from boredom. Uuuugh.
"I'm ready." Jayden finally got out of the freaking bathroom. She looked bored. Well, that's gonna change.
"Why the hell does it take you freaking 30 minutes to brush your hair?" I yelled. She looked taken back. She placed her hand on her hips and opened her mouth to say something. I shut her up before she could. I took her hand gently and walked with her to the Main Hall. We passed what seemed like 1,000 rooms.
"Can you at least tell me where were going?" Jayden seemed pretty annoyed now. I was getting used to that. I turned around and smirked.
"Nope, can't do. It's a surprise missy." Then she smiled. She SMILED. I took her hand, and we walked out from the castle. I had parked my Black Lamborghini out in the stone-paved road in the garden. Her eyes widened when she saw it. Haha
"Get in." My car beeped, and I hopped in. She was resistant as first, but she came in anyway. Jayden and I both put on our seatbelts, and I started the car's engine.
Jayden's POV
Zach drove really fast, insanely fast. I gripped onto the edge of the seat for dear life as the car accelerated at an insanely fast speed, small droplets of tears forming in my eyes. Zach, that bastard. He stared at me through the mirror.
"Keep your eyes on the wheels you idiot!" I yelled through fast blowing air. He sighed and looked front. When I least expected it, he jerked the brake pedal, and if I hadn't worn that seatbelt, I'd be flying out the car. I excitedly got out of the car, a bit dizzy. I fell down the sidewalk yelling "Land! Sweet, sweet land!"
