***Alice POV!!!!!***

I turned back to see the clock it was 5:45 am. I couldn't wait to see the sunrise, this place was cool I guess no wonder rose like it here. Ahh yes my best friend, whether she admitted it or not I knew just by looking at the two of them they were in love with each other. I got up and out some flat slippers on I had bought, I quietly walked out the door down the hall. Rose told me at dinner that on the 4th floor you could get to the roof. I headed that way, I don't suppose he is bad, she left for him and never killed him. I knew they were wrong, she is a good judge of character usually. Now if I could just make him make the first move on her. Hmm I loved playing cupid, though most of this was more like fate I guess her run of guys really sucked. But it was too cute for me not to think about. SHe told me when she was 18 that she would die alone and was ok with that. I make my way up to the rooftop, I can't wait for the sun to rise. That is till I see him, I walk quietly so he don't hear me, Yongguk. He's so annoying and rude, I hide behind a wall so he does not see me. What is he even doing up here at this hour? I see his shoulder blades jerk like they do if you cry. He then pushes his hair out of his face with both of his hands and rests them both behind his head almost like he's contemplating something. I decide to approach him slowly. I put my hand on his left shoulder as he turns around shocked, "What are you doing out here?" He looks fine, like I just interrupted a thought, wait no his eyes, "I could ask you the same thing." I face the sky as I let the breeze catch in my blond hair. "You can ask Rose i'm a good listener." He crosses his arms over his chest, "I have no idea what you're talking about." Yeah right, "So what you're rude to me and others to push them away as a defense? Rose did the same thing." He just ignores this, before I remembered something, "Oh yeah, thank you by the way. For taking her in, She's a good kid thank you." He puts his hands in his pockets, "Is that all you cared about?" I'm trying to be nice jerk, "No but it's important to me-" He cuts me off again, "I think I know what your problem is. The dating thing, you worry about it too much, you think that you will never be happy so you try and force it. Also you're not a model but you care about your friends which is better because we will all eventually age." I clench my fist then unclench it, "I'm not sure if that was a compliment or an insult." He looks back at me and smirks, "It was a compliment duh" Maybe I could make it through the night, "You never told me why you're up here. Is something wrong? I came up here to watch the sun rise." He looks back at me, "I couldn't sleep well so I came up here. There is just things on my mind ok." Despite the first time we met I feel bad for him, I suddenly hug him around his chest locking his arms to his sides, he's a good maybe 5 inches taller than me, "Try and see the good in everything ok, you can't take on the weight of the world yourself." I back up after I let him go, I saw thee smile he tried to hide. We both stand there and wait for the sun to rise, at last it peaks out as the first rays shine on my face mixing with the darkness and few clouds, "Hey Alice, have you ever played basketball or baseball?" So to break the silence hmm? "No actually i'm not good at sports, I can't get Rose to workout with me at the gym either." He chuckled, "Yeah I got that about her too. You want to learn sometime?" Hey look he talks to people finally, "Pratice, ok but I will be bad fair warning." He laughs some, I stretch as I put my hands on my hips, "Think I should go and make some breakfast." He looks at me quizzically, "Are you sure it's pretty early maybe just enjoy the time that all of them aren't running around." I slightly laughed at this, "Its like you are comparing them to kids." He laughs "Oh yeah Alice by the way I must apologize in advance for Daehyun's actions, it's something I find myself doing quite often." Hmm I wonder what dumb stuff he has done then, "Then what about him and my sister.?" He looked over at me again, "I mean Rose, we are practically sisters." He scratches the back of his head, "I think it's the first time I've seen him so close to a girl, the others might question her though. You need to be happy in life to, any case i'm sorry about your date." Maybe I was wrong he's not that bad. We stay on the roof till about 8am then we go back and start breakfast, it's almost 9 before the others start staggering in there.
