36-Nightmares

I gasp for air as I sit up in the bed, I woke up in a cold sweat. I feel my heart racing fast, I haven't had that dream in full for years. I look over at Daehyun who is fast asleep I make sure I did not wake him up, I look at his face for a moment, how can I do this to him? I'm more problems then he needs. Yet I still can't bare it I can't leave him. I don't want to, but then all of this that's happened to him, he's hurt because of me, I have to do something about this. I look over at the clock on the table beside the bed under the lamp that is off 5:50 am. I don't think I can fall back asleep after that. I decide to get up and go change into a training bra and some yoga pants as I find some sneakers in my closet. I grab the pink sweater and my phone and earbuds as I exit the room. I silently close the door behind me as I make my way down the hall and up the stairs. I decide to go to the top floor and go workout some. I hang the sweater over a bar as I walk in and get on the treadmill as I start running. I turn on some music as I concentrate on nothing but my pace and the music as I run.

I finally stop running as I wipe the sweat from my forehead and look at my phone almost 7 hmm. I think I already figured out what I need to do. Just a fight between me and her. I have to end her. I walk over to the pull up bar, Himchan said he used this right? I need to work on my strength as well I guess. I wind my earbuds around my phone and lay it down beside my water bottle on the floor as I grip the bar and start pulling myself up. I bend my knees up so it's more distance between me and the ground.

*** Daehyun's POV***

I roll over to my side to wake Rose up, I smile as I reach for her side "Rose he wake-" my hand feels nothing but the cold sheets, my eyes shoot open I don't see her on her side of the bed anywhere, I immediately go into the bathroom maybe she's in the shower. I open the door but no one is there. All I see is my reflection in the mirror in my white shirt and gray sweatpants. I run out of the room and down the hall to Zelos room maybe they are talking? I knock on the door, "Hey man wake up!" It takes him a minute to open the door, "mm what is it?" I look past him, "Is Rose in there?" He looks back at me funny, "no why would she be in here anyways she sleeps with you." I shake my head "No she wasn't there when I woke up and her phone isn't on the dresser." He rubs his eyes to wake himself up, "Ok I'll get the others we will find her ok." i shake my head as I go into Youngjae's room, "Oww hey man what the-" I wake him up as I look to see if she could have went in here, "Rose is missing!" He stretches as he sits up, "Calm down ok she might be making breakfast." I shake my head "Just get up ok we need to find her." He gets up as I run out of his room and up to the kitchen. I knew she wasn't here not after last night. I look around as I am met by Himchan, "Shes not down stairs either." I see Jongup and Yongguk come up too with Zelo and Youngjae behind them. "She's not in any room either." I see Alice stagger behind them a little annoyed, "You know she probably needed time to think right?" Then that means there's only one place we have not checked, "You panic over nothing sheesh come on." I follow Alice up the stairs to the top floor at the workout room. I round the corner silently as I see Rose doing pullups. The others come in behind me, she don't notice any of us are here I don't think she's not even spoken. I see Alice holding her hand over her hip just watching her, finally she drops down from the bar and picks up a towel to try her face as she turns around I see her, yoga pants and a sports bra? "Whats up guys?" She looks at us like it's just casual, as she catches her breath some,"well we were wondering where the heck you were." I look over at Alice I guess there is still tension there. I look over at Zelo I notice he is gawking at her, I see how he's looking too, "Hey stop that." He looks back to me, "what did I do?" as I step over to him, "stop staring at my girlfriend like that." Wait did I just- "Chill out man she's my friend." i see out of the corner of my eye Rose as she's giggling but she put her hand over her mouth to hide it. "I'll go clean up and I'll be down for breakfast how about that?" I look over to her, "Sure that will be fine I can go ahead and start cooking that." I hear Himchan say to her, "great I'll be out in maybe 20?" she bends over and grabs her phone water and her sweater she slings over her shoulder like the towel, she walks past us as my eyes follow her out the door- I want to follow her out now, as I feel Zelos hand slam down on my shoulder it breaks my thoughts of her which I probably shouldn't be having this early. All the others walk out till it's just us, "Dude she's my friend too." I look up at him "yes I get that and i'm ok with that." He shrugs "then what's the big deal? You even said the girlfriend word in front of everyone, which is something you never have done." I cross my arms, "So?" It's not like this is the first time I dated someone, "Look I know it's not the first time you dated someone, but maybe it goes somewhere or not. But she did choose you willingly." I raise my eyebrow at him, "hey a little respect here." I kind of can't wait till we go back to Korea truthfully she needs to be away from this place but... "hey hyung are you coming to breakfast?" I snap myself out of my thought, "oh yeah!" We both enter the kitchen where Himchan and Alice are busy preparing breakfast. I get the plates and set the table as I look to the stairs waiting for her to come back.
