Heiji was scared as he ran towards Saguru's house. Scared that Saguru won't accept him anymore. Scared that Saguru wouldn't forgive him for what he had said. What he had done.

Saguru-kun... I'm sorry, Heiji thought in his head as he pick up his speed. When he got to the lane, Heiji stopped abrubtly when he saw Saguru had just arrived at his front gate with his head down to the ground.

Heiji felt guilty. Very very guilty.

"Sagu-chan." Heiji spoke as he hesitantly walk closer. He didn't want Saguru to run away from him in fear to be hurt again.

Saguru was startled when he heard Heiji calling his nickname.

Saguru pressed the bell more forcefully and cursed internally. Bayaa had went out for a holiday. Shit. I forgotten about that. It's a good thing I brought my keys with me. He quietly gasped in panic when he felt Heiji's arms wrapped around his waist tenderly.

Saguru tensed himself when Heiji buried his face in his shoulder. "Sagu-chan... Can I talk to you for a while? I just want you to listen to me. Let's go to somewhere private." the dark-skinned said, tugging Saguru's arm gently.

But the thing is... Saguru won't move.

Heiji stopped walking when the other won't budge from his spot. Saguru glared at his feet with despise as if he's telling the feet, 'I'll chop you two off if you move'.

"Sagu-chan-" Heiji started but Saguru look up to glare at him.

"Do not call me that ever again. I do not want to listen to anything at all. You..." Saguru gritted his teeth in anger.

"I don't want to see your face ever again! Leave. Me. Alone!" Saguru shouted, wrenching his arm out of Heiji's grip before turning to run away.

Heiji didn't give up though. He managed to get a firm grip of Saguru's elbow and tugged a bit forcefully to turn him around.

"Hakuba Saguru, you are going to listen to me whether you like it or not!" Heiji growled, not noticing that he had gripped Saguru's elbow a bit too tight until the blonde winced in pain.

Heiji sighed tiredly and pulled Saguru into his embrace. Heiji nuzzled Saguru's neck as he hugged him, sniffing Saguru's scent, muscular perfume with a little lemon-y aroma.

Heiji admitted it... He missed Saguru. He missed holding him like this in his arms. The warmth feeling and such. He missed talking to him. He missed kissing him. He missed everything about Saguru. The problem is...

Saguru didn't hug back. He just... frowned in spite.

"Look," Heiji sighed. "I know that I hurt your feelings-"

"Oh really, Einstein?!" Saguru snapped in anger.

( Doesn't that sentence seems a bit familiar? xD )

"Took you that long to figure it out, detective?!" Saguru scoffed in disbelief.

"Go home, Hattori." Saguru pushed him away roughly.

"No, I don't want to. I'm gonna stay here until you would hear me out, Saguru." Heiji said stubbornly. Saguru whirled around and slapped Heiji in the face, hard.
