Lost in the labyrinth without
map,

No beginning nor the end,

Inexhaustible realization and pursuit,

Over and over again.

Goal so hard to reach,

You walk,

Run,

Trip,

Crawl,

You swallow black,

Your heart oars for day and hope,

While darkness sweeps through your mind.

Invisibly yet vastly and monstrously

It bites into the soft soul,

Tightening jaws,

Letting you know

In this life there is no safe bet,

It will consume you entirely,
Draw you in with undeniable realization,

You wont skip a single trap set.

Soaring into the boundless heights,

Descending into the darkest depths,

A vast range of emotions,

Run through your tired veins.

In the deep caves of your psyche,
The thoughts are wandering aloud.

Like the sharpest knives,

Memories penetrate the heart

And in the glowing tremor

They fall into the abyss,

Pulling you down,

The burden heavier than ever.

Another one dreaming of joy,

swimming into the river of solitude,

In vain you reach for happiness,

Just a dream you dreamt once

while you were sane,

You're past the point of no return.

The way out?

There is none.
