Kai was cracking up at Cinder's article.
"I had to write it quick we were on our way back to the house!", Cinder proclaimed in frustration. This just made Kai laugh harder. She gave a good punch to the arm and he shut up. Cress was walking a few paces in front of them so she would get back first and give us the signal Iko had gotten the notification. As they approached the house Cress ran inside and she gave a little thumbs up in the window.
Kai and Cinder, hand in hand, walked up to the house right behind her. When they walked in it wasn't exactly what they had been expecting....
