Iris's POV:

"So who all lives in the castle?" I asked.

Merag and Gilag went to Nasch's meeting, about me. Alit said he didn't need to go, so he stayed here with me.

"There's seven of us. Nasch, Dumon, Vector, Merag, me, Gilag, and Mizeal," he answered.

"Mizeal?"

"He's Dumon assistant."

"Oh..."

We walked around the empty castle.

"Iris?"

"Yes, Alit?"

"Where did you live, before I fond you?"

I stopped.

"I-I don't know. I can't remember."

~Alit's POV~

"You don't remember?"

She nodded. Was Gilag right? Could she be from Astral World?

"Hey I want to show you something."

I grabbed her hand, and dragged her down the hallway. I stopped in front of a door. Unlike the others, this one was painted dark blue, with tiny stars on them. I opened it, and walked in. I made sure Iris was following me. She was. We climbed up, some stairs. Until we reached a latch. I opened it, and climbed through. I helped Iris up. I sat down. She sat down next to me.

"Look up there," I said pointing up.

She looked up.

"Wow..."

In the sky were a million of stars.

"This is amazing!" she exclaimed.

"You can see all the stars. Even the ones on Earth."

"Amazing..."

I smiled. I made her speechless. I knew she would like this. I looked up. I wonder what's going to happen now, that Iris is here. I looked at her. I never seen her this happy, all day.

"Iris?"

She looked at me.

"Promise me, you'll always be loyal to us, no matter what."

She smiled.

"Promise."

She kept that promise. I will never forget that day, on the roof.
